Beautiful property and room, staff wonderful, Restaurant nice but not great! Breakfast fantastic! Far from town but shuttle was very accommodating

We liked having the terrace with the view of the Sorrento down below, the bay of Napoli and the Vesuvius. The breakfast was very good and varied. The staff in the reception/service desk and well and those serving breakfast were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a car but found that the free shuttle to Sorrento was an excellent option.

The room was on the small side and the bathroom really tight. No shower door nor curtain so the floor was wet no matter how hard we tried not to splash. No closer or drawer to store clothes so it is living out of the suitcase.

Very accommodating and naturally with the beautiful Italian people I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Quiet location, Restaurant, Staff,

Poor wifi, Room 1 a bit noisy being opposite the toilet, A group of drunk American men running wild on our last night there. The manager should have been called.

Staff were very friendly and helpful , explained things very throughouhly. Very clean, tidy and organised hotel.

Breakfast and hotel restaurant were average. Hotel located up in the mountains so the taxi prices are very high if you don't catch the shuttle bus provided by the hotel.

It is a very nice hotel, very modern and clean.

I found the room to be very small. The aircon broke the day we arrived and despite calling reception for help, no one came to fix it. The staff seemed quite delayed when I enquired about airport transfers, I had to enquire multiple times before someone was able to help me. It is quite a walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain especially.

What i most like about this hotel is the service all people working in the hotel were so helpful they made sure to help us with everything and we felt like we're home . Really they exceeded my expectations to the people working on the reception Thank you for your kindness The hotel is also really clean and there is shuttle buses from the hotel to sorrento which was very helpful breakfast was also good all in all we were very happy

Every single staff member was extremely friendly, professional and excellent in their role, from the reception staff, to the waitresses and the shuttle drivers. It made the holiday so personal and enjoyable. We highly recommend every aspect of this small, unique hotel. We will definitely go back!

Location is phantastic, if you don't like being in the crowd. High above Sorrento. Awesome view of Napoli's gulf. Breathtaking sunset. Then, if you want to stroll around in Sorrento, you can get the shuttle which takes you down there, confortably.

Breakfast is good but too ordinary and continental. Being in Napoli I was expecting some more "napoletano".

The little balcony was a great added value to the room, as well as the pool. Sorrento’s beaches are very crowded so this was a great alternative!

almost all sun beds were broken (the face cover didn’t work) and the beds felt sunken in, could use an update. Also, no shade! there were no umbrellas to use so you had no way of shading yourself around the pool area

This is without a doubt, one awesome hotel! From the free shuttle into the town, to the superb clean room to the amazingly rich breakfast; all just great. Just book this!

The staff were exceptional and always accommodating.

Very small TV with few English language channels. Very few hangers and none to hang trousers.

Fantastic location with beautiful views. Staff were very friendly. Free shuttle bus to Sorrento morning and evening.

The hotel was very nice and with good breakfast. Also had a shuttle bus that takes you to sorrento included in the price. We also really liked the service. We had a issue with our mattress that was over-worn, we asked from the reception to change the mattress, and they did.

Mattresses are abit too stiff or too over-worn.

No where to walk to.

The personnel was very helpful and always there to assist with any request. The view of our room was exceptional, as the hotel is at the highest point of Sorrento. Also, the breakfast was really good, offering a wide variety of sweet and salty tastes.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, good staff and also a nice pool.

The bad WiFi reception and the bed could be replaced as it was a little worn out
