The hotel staff were very helpful. All areas/rooms were well maintained and clean. We only had breakfast, which was OK, continental and simple hot breakfast items provided. The hotel is located towards the end of the resort, by the marina so you are not on top of all the bars and clubs, which were only a few minutes walk away. Would stay at the hotel again, as it was prefect for a quiet nights sleep but close enough to enjoy all of what S'Arenal has to offer. All of the restaurants were great, food, service, beers and cocktails.

We would have preferred an extra pillow, but the beds were clean, comfy, sheets and blankets provided. The hotel is a short walk up an incline so take care as the pavements have steps in them on one side of the road.

Location close to the beach and promenade, good continental breakfast, clean. Nice, helpful and polite staff.

The room received (I guess because single traveler) was just above the entrance, towards the street, there is no soundproofing of windows. I have not slept much in three nights because all the noise, one can hear the "zoo" outside like they're open. The "baby" flat TV (19''?) was symbolic also missing the remote.

we had ants everywhere in our room all over our clothes it was disgusting our bed sheets were dirty with a stain on when we first went into the hotel room

The pool!!! seems like a new pool, huge, and with a separate shallow pool for kids. comfortable beds. clean bathrooms. location in arenal is nice - easy walk to and from a few beaches and all the restaurants. the staff was nice and helpful.

the room is so basic and with the tile floors and white walls, there is nothing to make it feel cozy and comfortable. there are no decorations, nothing beyond a small desk (that hadn’t been wiped down, chair fabric falling apart), the two beds (one pillow each), and a wooden armoire. while my bathroom was clean, the room could have been cleaner. there was hair in the corners and the desk wasn’t wiped down.

Location is great - close to the beaches, but away from the noisy part of the strip. The food was decent - not spectacular but good, and the hotel itself was peaceful / quiet which we appreciated. Room was good, air-con was great.

Paid wi-fi is a bit odd for the 21st century, especially with the limited time packages you can purchase. But if you're gonna make the guests pay for it, at least make sure all the rooms have decent reception - we were in a bottom-of-the-corridor room and there was barely any coverage. Terrace was not suited for a beach hotel where you need to dry beach towels, etc.

The stuff was very nice and helpful. Tasty food and i Think Everyone find something for yourself. Location in the center . Around the hotel u can find a lot rentals - car/scooters etc. Better to your wallet if you ask People in the city and you don't take a car or scooter from the airport. Very near to the beach :) I can absolutely recomend this object and I hope see u soon !!!

Right on a busy street, not much sound isolation, so very difficult to get a good night's sleep if you're not partying yourself :)

Large pool with plenty of loungers. Friendly staff in restaurant. The hotel is clean. Airport bus stops nearby.

The pool is only open from 10.30 to 18.30, so it's not possible to enjoy the least hot sun on loungers or garden. Staff at reception are slow and not openly friendly. My room was too small for 2 single beds. There was no room to keep and open suitcase anywhere. No tables inside the room nor on balcony. No place to hang towel to dry. No storage in the bathroom. It is in a very noisy street at night, so of you are not here to party this hotel is not for you.

The property was 15 minutes from the Beach a good location to supermarkets and restaurants and the main strip very good indeed the hotel was very welcoming and clean and the a good balcony view

The property was excellent only just needs a curfew for late night noise from the Kebab Shops and loud music double glazing would be the solution Wifi not the best but can be supported by your own Network

The room was quite big, with a decent sized bathroom/shower. All the rooms had a balcony. The food was delicious, wide variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. The dining area also included a spacious terrace.

Street noise in the evening, but that's not up to the hotel. So if you're a light sleeper just take some earplugs .

As a solo female traveller I had some security concerns. The door didn't have a chain or latch of any kind. No peep hole. So when someone knocked on my door I had to either ignore it or open it completely unsecured. This made me very nervous as random people knocked on the door by mistake a few times. My bathroom door also didn't lock, which would have also made me feel safer.
