Great location and nice facilities

The hotel is already expensive but it felt like even the small things that should be included weren’t. For example, they have nespresso pods in the rooms but charge an additional 2 euros. The breakfast ends at 10:30 (which is very early for Mykonos given it’s late night life- even the stores are open to 1am)! If you arrive close to the end of breakfast and want to order a coffee at 10:35 they will give it to you but charge you extra. It’s not about these small costs but more about how it makes you feel as a guest- l instead of feeling luxurious and comfortable it felt like they wanted to squeeze us for every extra dime.

The entire place. Room was fantastic and the facilities are amazing. The staff are very attentive and would help you with anything. Second time visiting and would go again.

The breakfast buffet was superb. The view from our room and the restaurant was beyond what anyone could ask for. The staff was very hospitable, as well.

The personal room pool was of salt water and had a bad odor which wasn’t too appealing.

This resort is new and has great amenities. There are plenty of staff members available all the time, and they are all quite knowledgeable and resourceful. I had a last minute car rental request, and they were able to find me a car rental company within 20 minutes. The car rental company would deliver the car to the hotel for my pickup and drop-off! Daily rental was 60 euro which was more than reasonable. The resort provides free semi-private transportation to/from the hotel which is crucially for the Island of Mykonos given how expensive taxis and Uber's are (40 euro per ride pretty much).

I am honestly very happy with the experience!

Staff were initially friendly, relatively close to town and decent 5 star amenities.

The pool was ice cold and you are unable to swim after 7PM. Staff were not helpful, and happened to become somewhat hostile. Town was about 2km away, but they charged 20 Euros each way, and we couldn’t walk due to construction. We had a family emergency and had to leave earlier than expected and they refused to offer a partial refund, which was really upsetting.
