The staff was superb and helpful from the reception to the restaurant staff all very eager to help excellent customer service Kudos to them ..the breakfast spread was fresh and delicious...

Rooms need deep cleaning once a while ..Given the price paid for premium category expected more value ...

There was a typical smell came out while we entered our room as if it was closed for couple of days. No room fresheners were used. Also the staff at the coffee shop restaurant were very casual in their approach.

SERVICE QUALITY IS TOO POOR.I HAVE ORDERED TEA,IT CAME AFTER 1 HOUR,SAME WITH DINNER HAD TO WAIT LONG FOR GETTING THE FOOD, ALSO THE QUALITY OF MUTTON WAS RUBBISH.

Room was big and comfortable. Airport was at 5 min drive.

Staff need more training. The front desk staff was not very informative. Was expecting to provide information to the guest about Restaurants in the hotel, Breakfast timings etc. We had to ask for very basic things. Breakfast was average. Though there were plenty of options but being a 5 star restaurant I was expecting it to be good taste wise. Had Pav Bhaji for dinner, honestly it was very disappointing a simple Mumbai Pav Bhaji was not even close to what you get anywhere in Mumbai. Had lunch in Baluchi found salt content was high in the food.

The interior of the hotel was beautiful and breakfast options were very good for Indians. Rooms were clean and well decorated.

Hotel can provide more continental food options for breakfast. They may replace some of the Indian food options with continental food options.

Our TV set box was broken upon arrival, and the hotel had sprayed a strong pesticide in the common corridor outside the lift which was a real health hazard. We broke out in a serious coughing fit and our asthma was greatly triggered. There was also polishing work happening at the busiest time of the day blocking off the lifts which was frust5
