Very nice condition

Nothing maybe they don’t accept the late check out

Was very happy to get upgraded by Mayank Sood for the last three days of our stay. As we were three adults and the regular rooms are a little too tiny for three people. So moving to a suite was perfect.

Heritage value

Rooms were small, ordinary type, bathroom was too small, did not expect in Taj. Dinning room was always full, had to wait at least 15 min.to enter. Usual spread of food like amy other 4 or 5 star hotel. The only thing was awesome was the heritage tour guided by staff called Percy, explained beautifully tje history of Taj

Strutta clamorosamente bella, a noi hanno fatto alloggiare nel Palace invece del Tower perché avevamo prenotato tanto tempo prima ed è qualcosa di bellissimo e inimmaginabile.

The treatment by all staff, quality of service, room, food & facilities offered were second to none

Es difícil empezar por algún lado, es un hotel con mucha historia y mucha energía, el personal muy atento, las habitaciones impecables, el solo hotel en sí es una atracción.

Me pareció un poco costoso las bebidas para la cantidad de licor que sirven.

Services: The service at Taj Mahal Tower Hotel is unparalleled. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the courteous staff attending to every need, the commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout. Dining experiences were a highlight, with a diverse range of cuisines served with finesse at the hotel's acclaimed restaurants. Facilities: The hotel boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a serene spa offering rejuvenating treatments. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful, facilitating seamless travel arrangements and local recommendations.

While the overall experience was excellent, one area that could be improved is the monitoring of the buffet area. During my visit, I noticed that some of the food stations were not adequately maintained, particularly the chaat counter, which was not consistently replenished.

It’s too hyped up doesn’t give the feel of five star and of heritage not upscale

The location and how friendly the staff was , very nice

It lives up to its Legendary Iconic image. Everything is just perfect and everyone I met there simply wants to make your stay the best. I have never seen such enthusiasm and an extraordinary sense care from each and every employee of the hotel, as if there is tradition that they all are carrying forward. And whatever they do for you seem natural. The ambiance as well is magical, so many people keep flowing into the lobby and different restaurants of the hotel and I just felt so lucky to have been there. I hope to be there every time I go back to Mumbai.

وجود جهاز للتفتيش في الدخول كثرة وجود العاملين عند الدخول والخروج بلا هدف الانتظار الطويل عند مطاعم الفطور وبط الخدمة فيها

للأسف كانت أقامه سيئة ،، من الساعة 7 الصبح ازعاج مكينة دريل شغاله لين اتصلت الرسبشن وافتكيت ، وبعدين عمال النظافة للأسف بعد وقت تنظيف الغرف ،، يسحبون الكرسي ويطلع صوت مزعج ،، وبعد فوط الاستحمام نظيفة بس مستهلك وايد ،، وفراش النوم نفس الشي نظيف لكن مستهلك ،، المكان محتاج (تجديد) وللعلم مب اول مره اسكن فيه ….

Expectations was some thing else like the name of the brand but it was not good bathroom and else was not good

Got a wonderful room in the old wing. One of the best i ever had in an hotel. Super nice room with spotless bathroom and some little extra's like fresh fruit, footbath, newspaper ,..... . Staff was super friendly and helpfull. Excellent breakfast with a good variety in Indian and western food. Fantastic pool. Perfect location ; many sights within walking distance. Wish i could stay longer and hope i can come back here in the future.

I really cannot imagine anything negative during my stay.. It was just excellent in everything

The staff were great. Ketan in particular but many others also. There was a good range of food options.

Noise from above my room. People moving furniture around late at night. Had to change rooms.

Excellent vibe and location. Being part of a historic landmark and being up close with new and old attractions that are unique to South Mumbai.

The room was small and the bathroom was even smaller. Not convenient if two people are sharing a room or staying for several days

Breakfast and housekeeping were excellent. We liked the 3 restaurants we dined at, and the Barbeque around the pool.

The High tea and cocktails were below our expectation.

This is our first stay and to be honest as an iconic hotel we were expected much more. What I like was the staff, they were amazing. We had Sahil Checking us in, very dedicated and attentive. The spa and gym instructor on the check in evening was good too and the performance at the lobby.

I find it to be quite ordinary. 3 areas of improvement - rooms are quite old, very basic amenities. The spa was a huge dissapointment especially the steam. You need to make it a more personal experience. It’s doesn’t even seems like a 5 star. The only different it makes was your staffs they were amazing. Breakfast could do with a bit more international selection like jap.

Nemá chybu - room servis, dokonalé snídaně a jídlo obecně, denně ovoce na pokoji, úklid pokojů, chování personálu, vřelé přivítání, wellness, řidiči, ochota vyhovět nestandartním požadavkům - bez jejich pomoci bych místní SIM kartu nezískal.

The location and service was impeccable

The food. The food could be better in that the offerings were either too bland or too spicy. More items in the middle, fresh, and savory would be preferred. Example: The Table Restaurant nearby saved our trip food wise.
