Resort is in an excellent location. Close to shops, the beach and other excursion opportunities such as the beach & water parks. They have both a top pool, where many activities take place, but this seems to be frequented mainly by older patrons. The bottom pools - there is a small pool, ideal for younger ones to splash about in. The largest of the 3 pools is located near to all onsite facilities, shop, bars & restaurants and under cover (yet open) play park for younger children (2-10 years). The selection of bars & restaurants is fantastic. Both pools have one beside them plus there is a selection of various types of restaurants and bars within the complex - something for everyones taste and budget. There are 2 onsite shops selling most needed items such as bread (fresh rolls too), milk, juice, as well as other items, including trinkets and swim aids - Only downside is that they sell pool balls & floating devices but unless the item is needed as a floatation device for safety, you are not permitted to use them in the pool - even if noone else is in it! The room on this occasion was a one bedroomed apartment and although it was suitable for our needs with extremely comfortable beds and all amenities, including clean drinking water on tap, it felt a bit snug compared to what we were used to in our "owned" two bedroomed apartment. The one bed had a small balcony too, which was lovely. We used the sofa bed and it was surprisingly comfortable too. And the kitchen area, although small, had a microwave and oven, as well as a fridge freezer. They even provide soap and dishwasher tablets, cloths, towels. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough to help us from bags to information. 5 stars all round!!!!!

More activities in the bottom pool. And the Creature Club for children to have been open. Presuming as we stayed at the beginning of June, it was not considered peak time yet.

Brilliant location. The room was fit for purpose, well stocked with cooking utensils. The bed was comfortable, good sound proofing.

The pillows and bedding had a damp smell which wasn’t very nice.

It was very clean and accessible. Had lots of activities and facilities in the complex which were enjoyable. The pool was fantastic

La comodidad del recinto y del apartamento. Muy completo con menajes de cocina, desechables y artículos/ropa de baño. Me ha gustado mucho la política de reciclaje teniendo papelera para reciclar dentro del apartamento.

Quizás eché en falta una escoba y recogedor en el apartamento para solventar cualquier incidencia. Y por mi parte en horario de verano aumentaría el uso de la piscina hasta las 20h. De resto, muy muy bien.

Absolutely fabulous, the accommodation, the location and the staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bonus was if you had a late flight home, there were lovely shower facilities available just off reception. Clean towels were also provided. 5 stars Sunset Bay

Prices have gone up considerably this year. Had a bit of a mite infestation in the kitchen. Maintenance came and sprayed which helped but apartment maybe needs deeper clean.
