No iron or board. This seems to be the case wherever I stay here in Korea.

대중교통으로 도착하는 분들을 위한 좀더 자세한 안내가 있으면 합니다. 특히 야간에는 입구가 쉽게 눈에 뜨이지 않아서 고생할 수 있어요

1 직원들이 친절함 그레이팅이 좋음 2 청결함(수건 침구 등등) 3 숲속안에 있는것 같아 상막하지 않고 쾌적함 4 역사공간에 정취를 느낄수 있어 좋음

전에 묵었던 객실은 괜찮았는데 이번 객실은 방음이 너무 안되서 불편했음(옆방과 대화가능)

Price of the breakfast.

I liked the hotel, and the surroundings are very beautiful. It provided us with a favorable first impression of Seoul. The room is clean, and the bed is really comfy. It's a really nice and peaceful spot. We felt safe and at home. Special thanks for (Choi dongkan) for his kindness and support :)

We came late and no one helped us with our bags as we had a lengthy journey, which is not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. We met one of the staff at the reception (chubby man) who has weak communication skills and encouraged us to exchange money at the hotel since they had a lower rate than outside, but when I saw a girl at the reception the next day, she claimed it was incorrect and we have a high rate. This attitude did not sit well with me!

Good location, nice building, close to Gimpo airport.

The room is very outdated, it contains 20-year-old technology, including A/C, communication devices and kettle. The furniture and equipment show heavy usage marks, which should have been replaced or refurbished. The English communication skills are inadequate at the checking counter.

The breakfast was good serving the variety of foods.

Mattress was terrible.
