Central location close to many points of interest (Bari, Polignano, Alberobello, etc.)

Breakfast was quite ok for our family but basic...most of the necessities covered including coffee, cereal, some fruit and cornetto / sweet snacks. More savoury options / selection would have been nice.

Nice renovated hotel, with parking.

We had a lovely family room with a mezzanine. Lovely big windows and a small balcony. Pretty original features throughout the property. Parking in private car park for €5 which was handy. The area is absolutely beautiful and we wish we could have spent more time in the town. We asked for an early check in if possible and were contacted to advise that the room was indeed ready early for us. Lovely lady who does the rooms and breakfast (not sure of her name, but her Daughter is Matilda, the same as ours) Thank you!

I like whole facilities and there was a active kind lady in staff mrs.claudia helped us.

Cleaning everyday and changing of towels

Bathroom too small

Check in was difficult, the shower was so tiny my wife could barely fit, room wasn't very clean, parking was horrible but it sufficed for one night.
