The menu for breakfast & dinner were very ordinary. There could have been more choices, particularly the children's menu & the salads. The breakfast toast could given a choice of white bread as well as the sound ought. Would have preferred a buffet breakfast.

The music at breakfast was very loud \. Fortunately, the supervisor turned it down so that conversation at the table was comfortable

lovely people, lovely rooms and service and especially us working nightshift and all doffect hours having the 24 hour check in availability is perfect. adore the stay and will continue to come

bond was not received back on either 2 occasions staying. i took out breakfast from the bond but i should still have had 70$ from the first trip and $45 back from our last trip but a bond was never sent or given back

Room was nice

Pillows were awful. So thick that I struggled to sleep most of the night and had a sore neck in the morning

Its a beautiful location; clean room and comfortable bed. Delightfully refreshing pool and reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The blinds in our room did not block out the light completely and therefore we were woken when the sun came out. We also paid for a late check out, turn the do not disturb sign on, and were still woken by house keeping. This has happened on both our stays.
