Nothing literally nothing was working properly or clean

Room was moldy, dirty place, room smelled like wet socks and staff didn’t seem to care when we complained

Facilities. Bed very uncomfortable. Front door appears to have been broken a few times and did not look very secure. First impressions were poor. Appears dirty and not well maintained. As for the trains and underground noise I feel that it should be a warning when booking. I appreciate the hotel is close to the station but every 10 mins until after midnight and early morning. No sleep possible

The location of the property is excellent..!!

The floor was tilted and every piece of furniture was broken

We were checking in late at night, and the very nice reception lady was waiting for us after her shift finished - it was really kind. The location is great and its a good value for money. The room has a kettle with tea bags and coffee, shampoo, soap and shower gel and tv.

There was only one pillow for both of us. The bathroom had a leak but didn’t really bother us. And it can get quite noisy with the train station nearby, but to be honest it’s nice and quiet from midnight till early morning.

We didnt stay as it was abysmally unclean and stank of pi*s

We arrived and rang tge doorbell, nobody came so i foned the owner who quizzed me like a policeman. Someine then answered the door(20 mins later). We were then greeted by an unclean and smelly foyer and was told our room was on the 2bd floor and given a room number, we figured out where ut was and went inside ..the bed rocked from side to side, the window didnt open, the view was if a train line eith trains passing every 20 - 15 mins, the toilel smellt lime itd never been cleaned, the sink plug was covered in scum and hair and shower drain was clogged with who knows what. We didnt stay , i booked another hotel closer to the west end and we left.

el acceso a la habitación para una persona con poca movilidad seria imposible, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear y el metro se escucha pasar todo el tiempo, las camas muy incomodas...
