On the day of our check out I left a pair of Apple Wireless Airpods on the bed. Immediately after realising this I asked reception for help and "co-incidentally" the cleaner that serviced our room that morning was uncontactable. Following this, further attempts to contact reception and resolve the issue were ignored by the hotel staff leading me to conclude that the item was stolen and hotel couldn't care about offering good service. If you are staying here, be vey careful of your belongings as clearly the cleaner here cannot be trusted. The hotel also charges an extra 3Euro per day for use of the safe.

The extra charge for using the beach seats

The hotel is pretty, the pools and beach are nice. Restaurant staff was a lot nicer than everyone else at the hotel.

Most of the staff wasn't very friendly. When you use a beach chair someone will come and ask for money (and they were also kind of rude) so be aware. You can't drink tap water and yet, no water bottle offered or in the room. You can hear everything inside the room so forget sleeping after 7AM. At 8AM I had someone pounding on my door for 5 minutes until I opened it - it's a cleaning lady that laughs and says ah sorry it said here the room was supposed to be empty. Even though I had the check out on that day it was only at 11AM, unbelievable that they would go pound on the door especially repeatedly after realizing the door is locked and someone is clearly using the room.

Wonderful large hotel situated on the beach few kilometers from Mastichari, offering half-board accommodation. The large and well maintained rooms are situated in two or three-floor buildings and offer a great comfort (good quality beds). Two buffet restaurants are serving breakfast and dinner, while a burger bar and a taverna are the lunch options, all serving excellent quality dishes. On top of it, a so called wine bar offers additional fine dining options but unfortunately the wine selection is minimal.

, One has to pay for extra services which could easily be included in a full price like dinner water (3 Euros a bottle) at the restaurant, or the beach beds (3 Euros each). For breakfast, only filter coffee is for free but its quality can vary. The reception staff could definitely be more friendly and helpful.

The room was ok, clean and big.

Very unfriendly staff, very complicatet system with beachtowel, extra pay for safe and beachtowels..... other guest are waiting next to table until we had finished our dinner , and so on....

Excellent service, quality modern facility, modern rooms, fast Wifi available also on the beach, excellent breakfast, including super service, a nice change for Greek hotel. Service is better than in Robinson Club Kos on the other side of the island, a nice suprise given lower price compared to robinson. Seafood at beach taverna is excellent!

Evening entertainment a bit outdated and passive, despite visible large group of young (30+) customers. Nearby Tam Tam bar offers beach party and other attractions.

Great resort, particularly popular with Germans and families. Very good health protection vs COVID-19!
