This location is ideal and the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accomidating.

The location

The water was gone, the electricity went off, and the staff on the phone was not very kind when explaining that this was an overall situation on the island. It may be because of her limited English however her attitude was as if she was trying to get rid of the conversation & overall not very welcoming or aiming to solve the problem.

The hotel is very well located, just steps away from lovely lively streets, and a stone-throw away from the coast. The staff was extremely helpful (lent us a charger, allowed us to take a shower at the spa after we checked out, and you can leave your luggage in lockers). The rooms were extremely comfortable, really big. Breakfast was quite complete as well.

Very good location, only few steps and there are the shops, bars, nightlift. The stuff was very nice. Good breakfast, every day was something new offer.

Excellent location in town, large and comfortable rooms, bright and clean. Perfect for a city hotel. Good insulation and efficient heating for winter stays.

A very good bed and a good shower. The basis for a satisfactory hotel stay. The room was clean and the location of the hotel could not be better. It is very close to the harbour and the old town, but not right in the traffic and noise. The sea view from the 4th floor is sensational. I did not try the breakfast. There is a great place that serves nice breakfast just around the corner.

The hotel is quite noisy. The walls are very thin, and also a lot of noise from the hallway passes under the door. The cleaning staff apparently made early starts and late nights, causing some disturbances. The kitchenette did not contain the reported cook top, but strangely did come with pans. The refrigerator was not too noisy when kept at a low setting. The swimming pool is very small. The jacuzzi was not in use.

The outdoor pool was situated in the middle of the hotel building, so there was no sunlight or sun loungers.

Stayed here for 3 days after visiting the Islands. Great views in a great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent position, near the port, the old and many bars, shops and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable but the cleanliness not that good.

The cleanliness was very poor, in 4 days they never changed the towels, they just folded them. They just gave us 1 pair of soap amenities for 2 people during our stay. The glasses and cups were never washed or cleaned, we had to do it ourselves. For 100€/night we didn’t get to have free breakfast. it’s very difficult to find a parking spot due to it’s central location
