Very comfortable apartment, especially the beds!

Just a suggestion to add some basics like coffee & sugar as well as the tea. And some shower gel/shampoo would be nice. These types of extras make it even better.

Spacious, clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Ideal for four people. Lovely quiet residential area. A few minutes walk to the cliff path. Easy walk into Hunstanton centre, or go in the opposite direction along the Norfolk Coastal Path taking in the views across the Wash and enjoy a stroll to visit other beaches along the way. The Titchwell RSPB reserve. Is a short bus ride or about 15 mins by car. Well worth a visit. From the bus station in Hunstanton there are buses to King's Lynn Sandringham, Holkham, Fakenham just to name a few. And they do seem to keep to the timetables. We didn't use our car while here and found Sainsburys was the closest supermarket and Tesco was not much further away.

If I'm being picky the pan lids didn't match the pans Lack of vegetarian options in the cafes and restaurants.

The property was super clean, had a lovely view of the sea (though the days we were there were very very and rainy!) and a very short walk to the shops. Quite surprised to find Denby dinnerware in our flat which worked very well for breakfast and one other meal we tended to have in the day. Had all the essentials for cooking but no oil, salt, tea, coffee so take these with you if you plan to cook.

We couldn't get in touch with the person who was going to let us in as they were unwell. I happened to know that the property had a link to The Kings Head Country Hotel from an earlier message so I called there and they helped us get in. All it was was a code to the key box outside and instructions to get to the top floor. Why this couldn't be sent in a message a day before arrival is beyond me. Also, the mobile network near the property is poor so we had to drive out to the main road to be able to call the owners. Good thing we had a car as it was cold and miserable, else this would have been very annoying, particularly with two young children in tow. So, wet got off to a shaky start which we could have done without. Also, there seems to be a neighbour who talks very loudly on the phone - only audible from the living room and no fault of the property but just a note.

expected the basics such as milk, tea or coffee but none at all, washing up liquid was diluted so much in water, that it wasnt a what you call washing up liquid anymore its more like water! quite a big stain on the duvet cover which was discovered on the other side (bottom side of the cover) which is bad!

very comfortable. Had everything we needed to ne able to have a lovely relaxing weekend.
