Yo reservé por dos noches por Booking y las pagué al ingresar al hotel.
Dormí una noche y me tuve que viajar urgente para Haití.
NO QUISIERON ABONARME LA NOCHE QUE NO IBA A DORMIR ALEGANDO QUE ERA POR BOOKING, PERO BOOKING DIJO QUE ERA EL HOTEL EL QUE NO QUERÍA ABONARME ESA KOCHE QUE NO DORMI. Y sabían que no mentía porque usel taxi del hotel a las 10:30 de la mañana para llevarme al aeropuerto urgentemente.

The spacious and comfortable rooms provide a tequila retreat. The attentive and friendly staff ensure a good level of customer service. Hotel is is well located with convenient access to shopping, restaurants and safe comfortable walking in the environs.
Experience was good my second time to stay in the past 6 months. No dislikes.

It is located in very nice neighborhood with a lot of nice restaurants, bars and shops. Stuff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was fine with fair amount of options.

Room: very spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It felt like we were staying in a luxurious modern condo.
Staff: very friendly and professional
Breakfast: the buffet has lots of options and so many different tropical fruits. Servers are exceptional!
Staff hardly speaks any English. Luckily my partner speaks fluent Spanish so we didn't have any issues. :)

I'm delighted to share that I had a positive experience during my recent stay at Hotel Cabrera Imperial. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. Overall, it was an excellent experience that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogota.

The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional.
My suite on the 8th floor was stunning (wasn't expecting a jacuzzi in my room). Breakfast was very tasty and plenty to choose from. I would definitely recommend staying here!!
I think the addition of a swimming pool would make this hotel perfect!!

All members of staff were very friendly and efficient, the room was large, attractive and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was good and the location was great, in a safe area with lots of restaurants and malls nearby.
The water pressure was a bit low.

Staff don't speak a work of english. But overall the hotel is nice and in centre of the town at some metres from all shops. Very good value for what they offer
