Reserve mas de 3 meses de previo por una boda, me cancelaron la reservación culpando a booking y diciendo que no tenian disponibilidad. y luego me rentaron una habitación al doble del precio.

The hotel is superb. It has direct access to the cable car. Fabulous views of the city too. Rooms are very luxurious.

Stayed 4 nights, no hot water each time we went to shower. Maintenance came once and fixed problem, each other time told purged system which made water lukewarm, last time maintenance said they would check system and never bothered to come back. Expressed my dissatisfaction to front desk who said they would speak to manager, who was in a meeting, about compensation, ie: future stay at no cost, it’s been 5 days and have yet to hear from anyone.

Breakfast was excellent but very expensive. Staff, especially Eduardo, was exceptionally helpful and gracious.

The bed was a bit firm for my husband.

The location

The hotel is very run compared to our visit 5 years ago. The bathroom shower was so filthy. The toilet and sink would clog continuously. There were bugs. Overall it lacked cleaning. Would not recommend.
