The staff was very nice and helped us with very thing such as organizing the transfer to Cambodia, renting a scooter (250 Baht per day, 3000 Baht deposit) even on their days off. Included breakfast can be chosen from five different alternatives which are nice (joghurt, cereal, eggs, fruits, coffee, tea, fresh juice...). The restaurant itself is also very good and beautifully located directly at the sea. The neighbor hotel has also a very good restaurant (5 min walk). The hotel itself is located in the very south where you need a scooter / car or taxi to get to / away. However, the hotel offers free boat transfers to 2 locations were you can get food / ATMs / groceries.. which is great! The boat drivers are also very friendly! But be careful the latest trip back to the hotel is at 5 p.m. If you want sunset beach bars and parties this might not be the perfect location for you but if you want a beautiful and quiet beach holiday I would highly recommend this hotel! They also offer 1 bottle of water p.P. per day!

The only thing that annoyed us is the 20% excluded service charge in the restaurant which is added in the end (it's the only time I have seen that in Thailand and Cambodia). The beds were a little hard.

Location of the hotel is right at the end of a long lane, so it is surrounded by the jungle on one side and sweeping views across the bay on the other. It is really quiet and peaceful, but with an excellent swimming pool and a regular taxi service by its own boat to the pier or lovely sandy beach on the other side of the bay. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Great if you enjoy making friends with the cats!

The location is good, it’s just a pity the hotel is so run down.

The pool is almost exclusively used by a diving school making it very restrictive for guests. Sun beds and sun umbrellas are very limited and in very poor state. Hotel rooms are tired and the air conditioning units are old and don’t really work well. The grounds are uncared for with most seats in a dilapidated state.

Such a gem! Everything was AMAZING! The staff (especially Di that was so wonderful) was beyond exceptional in their kindness, help and positive attitude. The room was comfortable and cozy. The food was delicious, breakfast was very tasty with a few selections to choose from. Location is a bit far, but only a 10 min ride (taxi, motor ride or free boat ride from the hotel) to the beautiful beach or the Port. We were there on our honeymoon so the "remote" location didn't bother us at all, we loved traveling around the island and coming back to a laid back, quiet and familyish place at the evening. We recommend this hotel so much and would definitely come back❤️

lovely views of the bay. comfy bed. good place to kayak. liked the little boat four times a day to Bang Bao pier and the gorgeous Klong Kloi beach - (walk all the way to the right to find a better beach with lovely bars and massages!). Chao Lay seafood needs visiting (half way up pier). dinner time food at hotel was really nice and the cocktails, didn’t have breakfast.

dusty in the room! smelt unclean/dusty/mouldy. very mouldy pillows - complained and got offered slightly less mouldy pillows, said no and then suddenly had very clean almost new pillows thankfully! if you stay here, check the pillows. shower had a gas leak on the last day - had to open all the windows, told staff and they said they’d get an engineer out. so staff did listen and follow up on both. no beach but can get boat to a gorgeous one in 10 minutes. swimming pool is very open so everyone can see you sunbathing on all balconies - just to be aware. beware of monkeys - stole my crisps out of my hands on balcony!

Very secluded Resort at the southern tip of Koh Chang. If you like it quiet than its a definite recommendation. Its far off so make sure to rent a scooter. They offer a boat shuttle to the pier which is great option. Nearby beaches were very relaxed and beautiful. Monkeys roaming the area in the early morning, beautiful to watch. Really helpful and nice owners!

They seem to simply keep the place alive but not maintain or improve it. The little beach, which really can be nice, was full of trash which was not hard to collect. Also the pool deck had several holes in it and some of the deck chairs were collapsed completely.

Amazing setting, tranquil with stunning views of Bang Bao Bay. The Restaurant serves quality food. The owner and all lthe staff are so pleasant and helpful. Everybody on the staff spoke English so there was nothing lost in translation. I cannot wait to go back there

The deferred maintenance, probably due to Corona

The location was great for us as we were diving and it was close to the shop. However, if we wanted to go to town we were far away. The place was relaxing and staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. We loved staying for our last minute trip and couldn't be happier with the staff. We also loved the view from the room.

The bed was very hard. Breakfast was not great and the beach was not really a useable beach. Also the shower was not great. It was a mist shower so amazing to cool down but more pressure would be great.

worndown rooms - almost fake advertising massage was in a storageroom like area filled with boxes and the therapists phone went of every five minuts distracted og forgetfull staff due owners personel friends had prepayed 4 days, but due to poor conditions, I tried to leave after 2, but owner wouldn’t give a refund.

- Very Spacious Bungalow for both of bedroom and bathroom - Beach View from property look over to Peir and Lighthouse are super Nice - Restaurant are good service , Nice and Very Cold Beer and Drink

- Some smell from Bathroom came in to bedroom - Just Beaware of monkey to visit you. Make sure don't leave belonging /food out of eye and Close the door at all times. - Location is a bit far from City and Super Market

Too far south of Koh Chang, really secluded after dark. There are no lights on the road in and out. We also had to pay additional fees (1’500 thb per beddings change) when one of our dogs peed on the bed (we thought that the 500 fr per night/per dog fee already covered this).

All of it! The owners are very friendly and helpful! The location is a little gem, where you have a lovely view! We had a great time and extra points for being pet friendly!
