The excellent every morning was great and the staff were very kind and attentive. The room was very clean and the bathroom was newly renovated. Location was great; it was a short walk south of Centro Historico. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby also.

no elevator but it’s only a three floor dwelling, adults should request lower level rooms.

It was so clean, such a perfect location for Cuenca! The staff was SO helpful… they brought breakfast to our room every morning, parked our cars, made sure we were always comfortable and gave us tips for the city!
