First the staff in unbelievably welcoming and high level of hospitality! we had booked 3 nights, but thanks to the manager we got 4 more nights and same room..The location is quite nice near all restaurants and supermarkets and beach. Very spacious room and nice bathroom. The rooms are also large and clean.
A lovely balcony and the view was great to the garden and the swimming pool. Nice atmosphere around the pool and lovely small turtle pool.Good breakfast.

The hotel has a beautiful area. The rooms were cleaned almost every day. Towels were changed frequently. Breakfast buffet. The choice is small. 7 minutes to the sea.

Fantastic lovely staff who tried to counter the intolerable late night noise issues from their bar.
The bar playing incredibly loud ‘music’ until 3 to 4am. After the first week and after two approaches to reception we were eventually moved to the far end of the hotel.

Lovely team of staff. Hotel in a great location, clean and with good onsite facilities. Breakfast was always nice. We didn't eat in the Olive Garden for any other meals however. The team in the bar were great, very friendly.
It's been said in many reviews but seems to be ignored which is a real shame as it's an easy thing to do. In the two bed room there was one wardrobe, and absolutely no other storage. No drawers, not even a few shelves to keep our clothes. On top on this, there was nowhere to hang anything up. Just a few hooks would have helped, apart from one on the bathroom there was literally nothing, it made life very difficult.
The shower was in a poor state, and kept flooding the bathroom, it wasn't pleasant taking a shower.

The room was very dark. Internet was a very slow, impossible to connect or have a meeting online. We got one mini shower gel and shampoo in the beginning and JUST IN THE END of week second one. Like two mini bottle shower gel per week? Normally it is giving every day. And we had a breakfast included but food was terrible.

first the staff in unbelievably welcoming and highly level of hospitality! the location is pretty nice near all the restaurants and super markets and 2 min walk to the beach, the room is very clean , the pool are also very clean

location was excellent, the staff were lovely and so friendly, pool area really good, the bar staff were brilliant even to the early hours of the morning you could have a good banter with them any time of the day
Although the restaurant food and service was good, I was really disappointed with breakfast, the fruit choice was very limited, the sausages were like warmed up cocktail sausages, bacon very poor, generally poor such that I used to walk along to a nearby bar who served stunning hot breakfasts

The employees at the hotel, restaurant and bar are just amazing, so welcoming and fun. I've been here twice, it's a cosy place with the staff being so friendly. The food at the restaurant is sooo good and tasty. In the evening, the bar becomes a very entertaining place. Love it! 🙂

The staff at the Olive Garden restaurant were really polite and responsive. The food there was really good.
We had to pay extra for AC (information about this is located in the fine print, so you can't see it while booking the room). The AC was really old and noisy. The AC wenta were broken and, as the AC was mounted on the side of the bed, it was constantly blowing cold air directly on top of you while you were sleeping.
There was no WiFi in the room. Even though we asked twice if they can do something about the WiFi we received no response.

Cleaning service was poor, they clean the room only once a week, no pool towels and you have to pay for air conditioning!

The facility is excellent but the staff are exceptional. Everyone made us welcome and valued. Never had such a friendly crew. They really made the difference between a holiday and great experience. Thankyou all.
