Pictures do not match the rooms I was told parking was free before booking but its not Says breakfast included but is not free with the high price of rooms

The room was nice - clean and the beds were comfortable.

We didn't bother ordering the cooked breakfast as service was very slow - probably understaffed

a small issue with one of the doors one of which had come off it’s runner but this gif not spoil our stay

Great staff ,ideal spot for where we wanted to be. Good entertainment and a nice hot powered shower.

The rooms were hot so had to have windows open being so close to the sea front you could hear all the noise of people coming from nightclubs and the late bars woke me up on numerous occasions especially as there is public seating very near to the hotel...obviously that's not the hotels fault.

Hotel is very dated and needs a refurb , carpets worn and threadbare in places. Wallpaper peeling off. Only one lift working. Regimented meal times, you're given a slot!! No toiletries suppled as stated, only a bar of soap. Requested some more toast at breakfast and were told "too late, they've thrown it all away!!" The location is a nightmare to find a parking space nearby.. We're in our early 60s and felt that like we were in a retirement home!!!

When we arrived to check in the man on reception was great, the room was clean & comfortable. Can not beat the location handy for everywhere.

Breakfast was not the best. Staff were lovely. Now I appreciate this hotel is more aimed at the older generation, and we were a random younger couple late private booking, but the breakfast would not have filled a mouse. I had the veggie breakfast I requested no beans, I got one veggie sausage, tiny egg, tiny triangle of fried bread, half a tiny tomato & hash brown - that was full sized. The toast was 1 slice each - cold & hard, had to ask for more another one slice each this time burnt, perhaps the cook was having a bad day. You could get a breakfast much bigger for less from a certain well know pub chain that is up the road.

hotel vry nice staff excellant especially at breakfast young lad made us feal very welcome liked the shower i have stayed in numerous hotels in yarmouth but your showers beat them all we were not on a tour but the tour people were very nice and sociable drink prices in the evening were excellent as was bar staff
