Legit the best option for a quick stop in Ruse as it's literally a 2 minute walk from your train/bus. Very good price/value, very friendly staff, 24h reception.

- good location; close to the trian station and to the main traffic road. - the lady at the reception treated us very nice. She was amazing; - the room was clean enough; - internet was ok; - the bad was confortable; - parking very easy: in the street; we could see the car from our window. - non - stop reception; - in the back, there is a fast-food restaurant where you can buy food late in the evening... even soups :) - yet, we shall return in the future... there is no better alternative...

- The worst breakfast i have ever seen in my life, at any hotel; they should improve this aspect. - the closet was not cleaning itself when we flushed the water; - the water in the shower was draining very slow; - spider web on the walls of the brakfast saloon; - the couch in the brakfast saloon had the skin broken; - the ladys in the breakfast saloon treated us badly; we had the impression that our pressence was disturbing them. - the tv had only bulgarian television, nothing international. - the owners of the business were comming and leaving, parkng their cars next to customer's cars; we were afraind of getting scraches on the car.

the rooms were clean and tidy, even though pretty old. the breakfast was all right and the staff was friendly.

given the location and that it’s barely a 2-star hotel, the price we paid was way too high for this type of property. this hotel is a basic minimum.

Clean, quiet, good beds, more than decent restaurant. Extra bed at no additional fee, free parking on site. Overall excellent value for the money.

Extremely polite personnel. Extremely comfortable bed. Smart rooms and general interior design, good lightning (mostly yellow 4200K bulbs). They also have a very good restaurant. Recommend.

The restaurant is a bit overpriced. Small maintenance issues such as bathroom fan, table lamps etc.

The room was pretty big, the bed was good. It was close to the train station.

Pretty cold in the room, the radiator was too small for the room and the blanket was too thin. The breakfast was pretty bad, like in old's people house.

The location is absolutely great if you're transiting through Ruse, it's right next to the bus and train station. You can also easily walk to the city centre!

But the good side only goes so far. The room had a carpet floor and provided no slippers which is very unhygienic and unacceptable at that price. The bed was comfortable but there was no switch for the room lights nearby and for some reason the room smelt as if the previous holder had smoked there. Lastly, the breakfast was mediocre, it was of very average quality and the coffee was just bad, as it was made by an instant coffee machine. What's even worse is that the hotel has a proper espresso machine, which they only use for people who pay extra for their coffee. Simply unacceptable...

The location did not feel safe to walk at night. For breakfast we had 3 menu choices not worth the money. It would have been better to order a la carte.
