Las instrucciones la Alberca los empleados muy bien y todo limpio he impecable

Solo que no hay refrigerador o máquina de hielo y ya cuando es tarde es difícil conseguir yas si no vas preparando con una hielera

Me salió una cucaracha en el cuarto

Buena ubicación, instalaciones y atención todo relacionado con costo calidad

Room was clean, except for shower stall. We were given 2 towels.

Shower was old broken and dirty No breakfast No coffee No glasses for drinking. No hair dryer Pillow was small and not good. Bed was super hard.

There were some restaurants and supermarkets around

The staff was rude, it’s not close to the downtown area as the description stated,it was not very clean, the AC didn’t work, the window didn’t close unless you put a hair tie around the handles,our window faced a noisy neighborhood and they played live music every night,the pool was not open and they falsely claimed that they let every travel agency and guests know beforehand.

Nice location, about 10 minutes away from the city center. Almost no noise from the front road, thanks to well isolated windows.
