Breakfast was great (fantastic croissants :D, great tiramisu, great coffee) staff was super nice and helpful! The whole place had really authentic and family-like feel to it. The room without balcony was newly renovated, super clean and comfy. Overall really nice place, would recommend!

We booked a room with a balcony and lakeview but got one without it. The staff was nice about it though and let us stay one night in the room with balcony (but only one, although we booked with balcony through booking.com for the whole stay). The room was older, but still nice.

The staff was incredible friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, they informed us that our room had a shared bathroom and when they noticed we weren't super happy about it, they offered to upgrade our room for just a few euros more. They helped give us directions to the nearest beach and were just incredibly helpful overall. The room service was also very quick and efficient in the mornings.

The only downside to the stay was the fact there was no air conditioning (but thankfully the nights were very fresh) and the shower in the bathroom would cause the entire floor to be soaking drenched. Aside from those two small things, everything else was perfect.

I totally loved getting the feeling of staying at a friendly italian relative for one night! I say this because the rooms are old, kind of retro - but retro in the good way. It sort of works because it is well kept and clean, the manager is super friendly and the location is nice. Right by the Lake Garda, short walk to several restaurants. Good breakfast outside by the garden. Great value for money!
