The staff made our stay so nice. Everyone was so friendly, and really tried to work through the few issues we had and spoke English. They arranged a tour to Hatenohama for us, which was one of the highlights of our trip. Beds were comfortable, and the location close to the airport was great. Free and ample parking. Awesome pool and view to the ocean and sunsets.

Breakfast, while delicious, ended too early (9am). We were required to make a reservation and go only at our appointed time, which was 8:30, which only left 30 minutes to try and enjoy the massive spread. Lunch and dinner were also by reservation only. The remote location, while nice and quiet, made spontaneous meals and snacks by the pool difficult. They charge ¥100 per pool towel. At a resort on the beach, where you are spending a good amount of money, I would think a pool towel would be included. Our room had A/C issues the second night, however, the staff was quick to move us to a new room the next day.

Staff ,specially the lady in the front desk more than helpful,she helps us with some lost, quick and efficiently. Super grateful. The pool is really beautiful.

Schedules,we understand off season,but very inflexible,dinner finish at 20:00,exactly.

As the COVID situations, Break fast was good, with partial set menu and partial buffet style.

The room smells moldy and the lighting is dark

Property is nice the pool was awesome if you have kids, has a divider between deep and shallow end. The beach is ok the beach where turtle rock is much better, check eef beach. Staff was mixed had great service at restaurant but hospitality was not the best, constantly telling us things we can’t do when others were doing it. Example was the umbrellas by the pool when others had it open we were only ones told to close ours! The food situation outside when bringing outside food in you can eat on the deck until after 1400. Food was great! Get the Plan B for BBQ

The view was lovely. I enjoyed using the very nice bikes they have. The massage chairs were nice. Breakfast was good. We liked the fresh honey and the nice water. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The menus had no English. The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

The bus pickup from the ferry was convenient, it is located close to the airport and near car rentals, and the outdoor areas are very beautiful. The beds were comfortable. There were goats on the property and our kids were able to go and see them.

It is described as an adult-targeted hotel, but we booked it anyways. If your child wears a diaper, they cannot go in the pool at all. There are no kid menus and all the food is VERY expensive. The customer service was nice, but they seemed annoyed with our family so I would not say it is child-friendly at all. To be fair, they did state that so that is on us. I will also add that most of the guests during our stay had children. There are not a lot of options on Kume, otherwise, we would have stayed elsewhere.

Wonderful beach access, kind staff, nice pool.

The staff at the restaurant were so excellent. They really made our experience so great. They were helpful and always served us with a smile even though there was a language barrier. They should get a promotion because they were the friendliest people. The lady who does the massages at the spa was also excellent. I had a 2 hour facial which was so relaxing I ended up falling asleep. Best spa experience in Japan so far.

Breakfast was cold and very minimal options.
