die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war sehr freundlich.
Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist gut.
das Hotel inklusive der Zimmer und der Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße sind trotz geschlossenem Fenster mit extremem Lärm die ganze Nacht verbunden.
das Badezimmer ist von der Sauberkeit eine absolute Frecheit und meiner Meinung nach durch den schwarzen Schimmel an der Decke auch gesundheitsschädlich.
so etwas kann keinem Gast unabhängig von der Hotelkategorie angeboten werden.

Nice, clean and newly refurbished rooms.
There was no shower gel, shampoo or hair drier in the room. While I noticed the lack of hair drier before reception closed I did not do the same with shampoo and shower gel and it was late evening so I did not have a chance to get any.

Super Friendly staff.
Wifi works for 5 minutes every hour, The walls made out of paper I can hear the conversation or the TV clearly form the next room.

The worst hotel I’m my lifetime. I would recommend the owner to stop running a hotel. It was just a wait of time, it was a torture for me and for my companions…. There is no elevator, the blankets were as heavy as lead shields in x ray rooms. The sheets were dirty …. The sink drain stopper was not working properly either.
I can’t imagine there are hotels like this in Germany. It was a waste of time and money for me.
Everything was disgusting in the hotel..
There is no staff at the reception… there was no security either ….

Everything well arranged and clean. The receptionist of PM shift is so friendly . I arrived late and she waited me till i arrived
