The location was perfect. It was nearby Ella with a view on Ella rock. The staff was helpful and tried their best to make our stay as comfortabel as possible. Breakfast was delicious and brought to our room so you can eat it on the balcony with the view.

First night we had a mouse visitor in our bed that startled us, but once again the staff helped us get rid of it and even apologized with some free Beers while this wasn't their fault. Also a lot of Gecko's at night that leave some poop around. But got cleaned up every day.

The views from the room are incredible. Breakfast was brought to your balcony every morning so you could eat breakfast and enjoy the views. The room was comfortable and spacious. The family orientated staff were very friendly and helpful!! Only 5 min walk into the centre of Ella.

The only thing was there was a bad smell from our bathroom, but other than that. It was great.

The location was great. Staff and the owner of the hotel also really good. They provided the great breakfast. And they arranged me a Scooter withn 10mins. Very reasonable price.

They need to good care of the hygiene. Need to change the bedsheets one after the other customer. Its all in red color. I found some hair from the bedsheets.

The view from the room is magnificent and the balcony is perfect for a relaxed breakfast The bed is very comfortable Moreover the property is 5 mins from the center

A bit noisy as it’s directly on the road, so at night it might be a bit hard to sleep knowing that the bed is very comfortable Ask about ur breakfast type especially the eggs as they do it the Siri Lankan way which u might not like it

The lights could be brighter .Rooms are a bit dark.

The staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to help us get a taxi when we were leaving as we were having so much trouble with Uber. The breakfast was delicious and it was served on the balcony which was a bonus as the views are incredible! Highly recommend!

Lovely family run accommodation - the two young lads work particularly hard and are a credit to the place. Really enjoyed waking up to those stunning mountain views and having a tasty breakfast on the balcony. The location is also fantastic - just a short walk into town. Really appreciated them organising a tuk tuk for me from the train station too. As for the room, the bed was really comfy and I appreciated the free tea, coffee and water.

The view is breathtaking. We loved to witness the livelihood of the mountains, with all the fast weather changes and the sunrise and sunset. Beautiful!

We loved everything but the stairs are really high and it's kind of a project trekking up to or down from the room. You don't want to forget anything either way ;) Also for a toddler with small legs it was a challenging. We put our child on a sling on our back as we didn't want her to fall by walking on her own. No toddler, then no problem ;)

The breakfast at the balcony was amazing. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a view. The combination of a comfortable room and a breathtaking view from the balcony made for an unforgettable experience.

There were many mosquitos on the balcony in the evening. And do not leave any food at the balcony. The bad room could be nicer.

The room was very beautiful and super large, with a nice balcony (view into the calming green). The people were super friendly and tried their best to make me feel comfortable. Everything was clean.

The breakfast was nothing special, but made with love. The English of the stuff was not very good, but we could manage to communicate.

after travelling over a month and staying in dorms this was a perfect reset and relaxation! staff and the owner lady were so kind and friendly and speak good english! she even came to wait for the bus with me on the side of the road ❤️ Also hot shower with good pressure, they bring breakfast to your room, proper blanket and comfy bed! worth every cent.

Amazingly clean place with lovely hospitality! The staff was extremely professional and ever smiling. The breakfast was super yummy. Loved the warmth of the hosts and would definitely recommend this place to whoever visits Ella. It is also just a 2 min drive away from the main Ella market.

Our room was at the side of the main road, which was really loud. Also the curtains didn’t close very well, so at 6 am it’s clear in the room…

It was one of the worst experiences we ever had in Sri Lanka compared to a 3-star hotel. Photos are not similar to what we saw on booking.com and the staff was the most awkward one we have ever experienced. We were forced to attend New Year's party, which was only men and staff came to know our door 3 times to ask us to go downstairs. After saying no, we wanted to stay in the room; he called us by phone with the same request. We were two women and did not feel safe at all. We will never go back to this property!

It’s 5 minutes tuk-tuk ride from the train station, the hotel offered transfer! The view was amazing!

For one night stay it was ok, I can’t recommend it for long trips!

It was a short and lovely stay with an amazing view & delicious breakfast on the balcony. I would love to go back for a longer stay.
