La comida del hotel estuvo muy bien hecha y era deliciosa, tanto en los desayunos como en los almuerzos. Me gustó la atención ágil y amigable de todos los empleados que me atendieron.

La conexión a cualquiera de las 3 redes WiFi era inestable, hubo un período de 3 horas en el que no me pude conectar para nada.

La comida no varía y no se podía cambiar el menu ni pagando . Mejoraría eso solo eso.

El olor de la cama, la madera del mueble del baño está desgastada

The breakfast was nice, the room was comfortable and the location was perfect as it is close to multiple concurred places like the US embassy, Corferias or the passport issuance office.

No elevator at the hotel but considering the price it is OK. The bathroom water flow was low for a moment when I was taking a shower, but nothing to be much worried.

You can hear the people talking or just walking in the corridor outside of the room. The mattress was too soft

The location was nice. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Staff was friendly but some of them lacked motivation.

1. Internet was not stable. I couldn't get a lot of work done because of this. This cost me a little bit of money. 2. Management was slow to react to an incident. I got ripped off by a taxi driver who gave me a fake bill. I reported this to the staff and asked if they could review the camera so I can get the license plate. It took them 3 days to finally check the camera footage. (I asked everyday for an update) 3. My room didn't have a phone, so everytime I needed something (like a taxi or additional information), I had to go all the way to the reception.

I guess the location

Is not a hotel is a House with many room to noisy is people talking all they long, and we can not rest, car with loud music till ;ate night parking in from, the breakfast offering was terrible, the bathroom was no clean, the staff was not really friendly

Included breakfast was good. Location was good, could easily walk the neighborhood in safety and many resturants and shops to visit.

Room was on the small side but clean. Near the front desk/reception so somewhat noisy unless they had the door to reception closed, then fine.
