I arrive at 2pm, but the check was at 4pm wich I didn read, but is ok, the problem that i ask for take my logage, I was tired for a long trip they say NO, and they did no ofered me water, or a place to wait, so I came back to the streets.

I really ... Really felt uncomfortable in this place. Extremely unfriendly stuff and disappointing service. By the way, they will charge you extra for taxes for your stay ( it might be Normal but other places didn't in Bremen, even cheaper one so I don't think they should) and you probably won't get any bill for it like i didn't get the receipt. They can't even speak English nor German but is is ok with a translator. The place has no door bell 🔔 so unless you call someone who won't even manage to get it. The woman there watches every move and complains even if you quietly fart i guess. ( Joke) . But seriously, she will almost scream at you if the sink gets a little wet while you are washing the dishes. She will kick you out at 10 although you left the room you cannot stay in the common area not even for 5 minutes which never happened to be anywhere in the world and i travel a Lot. Check in at 16 is ridiculous. No service like if you need to leave your bag for a couple of hours for example.... You are definitely not welcome there! I would rather pay a little more and get worse room if it means I will feel better. By the way if you book through other websites ( I don't wanna make advertising) they don't confirm it so you just hang for 24 hours then it gets automatically cancelled, you book again and the same thing happens..

we had to pay cash on arrival and after long travel we were ready to relax had to leave and go get cash out to finalize payment. check in time was late and checkout was early not much time at the property

A very clean and pleasant guest house located in a nice neighbourhood. A bit tucked away from central, but easily reachable by trams. There's a balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. Not many rooms, so it never feels overcrowded.

The host was really lovely, but could have spoken some German or English. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we made it work using Google Translate...

Fair price for the service. The apartment was great.

The check in was difficult, not a chance until 4. Many attempts to communicate the specifics, not great communication. Nothing to help the stay, no coffee, no toiletries.

Very nice stay. Very clean and efficient. Friendly host. Overall experience was very good.

Everything was fine

The room is close to the city, and to a supermarket. There is enough stuff to do nearby to fill a couple of days.

The room was very cold, almost as if the heater did not work at all. We believe this was due to an uninsulated skylight. It would have been nice if they could have provided extra blankets to combat this. Additionally the host did not respond to any messages, and the wifi was very slow throughout the apartment.

Quite out of the way, checking out wasn't really explained despite my asking so just left the key in the door in the end (how I was presented the room)

Easy walking distance from the airport and the city centre. It was very clean.

The bedroom itself was very small, but it really did not matter, as I was just using the accommodation for a short stop over, and there is also a more spacious, shared kitchen area. The receptionist spoke no German and only little English, but was friendly and we got by.
