This cabin was perfect for our girl cousins trip! We each had our own bedroom and private or shared bath on the ground floor adjacent to the great room. The hot tub and fire pit were great additions, and we enjoyed morning coffee on the back sunroom next to the patio with a beautiful view. Will definitely return and request this cabin specifically!!

The cabin was more than expected. We had a great time. My only complaint is the road getting to the cabin, it was like an off road trail. Was not good on vehicles or the boat we were towing.

I have to tell you; this property was everything it said it was.
I was clean, spectacular view, including the deer we seen every morning. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Even though we didn't need much the property manager was quick to respond to the couple of questions we did. Would highly recommend this cabin.

This cabin is beautiful. The 5 bedrooms and 3 baths gave us all plenty of space. There are 3 outdoor areas! The fire pit, the back deck and the play area for the kids made sure we all had a place to have fun. The hot tub was an added bonus. The cabin is well stocked with everything you could need. The State Park is nearby and a great place to hike. Also, there is a brewery, a winery and a pizza place quite close to the property. Only negative is the road to the cabin. I live where there are potholes but this road was full of craters. I realize that this is not in the control of the cabin owners but it did take away from the enjoyment of the area.

This was the perfect family spring break gateway with little kids! The play ground and multiple outdoor entertainment options made for nonstop fun! The cabin is absolutely beautiful and fully stocked for cooking. Lifetime memories were made and we will definitely be back!

We always come to Broken Bow for our annual New Years family get together. Family Time cabin was everything and then some for this gathering. I was able to make wonderful memories with all my children and husband. It’s a blessing as a mother to still spend this kind of time with my grown children and this cabin had the ample space for all of us to enjoy horseshoes, cornhole and even our traditional karaoke that we brought I highly recommend Family Time cabin!!!

My friends and I went on our annual girl’s trip and we enjoyed our stay. The property fit all of our needs and had everything you could think of. It was the perfect getaway. Conveniently located so there was a lot to do but we enjoyed the cabin itself. The road in is a little rough but that is no fault of the owners. Great getaway and we hope to return again in the future.

Stayed 2 nights when the fall weather was perfect for evenings by the outdoors fire pit. We played horseshoes, cooked hot dogs & s’mores (provided with the cabin) and used the hot tub both evenings. Yes the roads are kinda rough but that stops people speeding through the area!!
All of us were drawn to the front porch swing-counted a total of 13 deer at the squirrel feeder ;) when my husband and I sat on the swing in the early morning. The close proximity to Hochatown made it convenient to grab a pizza from Grateful Head during halftime. This rental truly does provide endless opportunities to enjoy the surrounding area-hiking trails, water sports, hunting for crystals or visiting the many shops. We will definitely be renting it again for next year’s gathering.

Lots of room for everyone. Lots of supplies such as cooking were already there.
Outside games are supplied, horseshoes, cornhole, and ladder ball (found out how to play when I was there).
The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived.
Deer, squirrels and rabbits come up to the front yard every morning so be sure to let the kids see them.
The location was plenty close to everything going on. In most cases everything is within 15 minutes.
There is a large center table with plenty of room for everyone to sit down and have an evening meal. There are decorations that you will most likely want to clear off and relocate so that everyone can see each other.
One thing in question is the road to getting there does have a few potholes. Small cars are not really advisable. The road is NOT soley for this cabin but is on the way to it once you turn off of the main hwy.
Overall, this is a really nice cabin to rent for a long weekend/week for the family are upto 5 couples.

Stayed here to celebrate my birthday with my wife and some friends. Cabin was absolutely perfect, we loved the atmosphere and location. Cabin was clean, and the layout was perfect for our group.
Only issue I would say was the roads getting to the cabin, which is more than likely outside the owners control. They are pretty horrible, was lucky that everyone who attended drove trucks otherwise would have been a rough ride!
Will book again next year!

We took the trip in for my oldest daughter to celebrate her graduating college and high school with family and some friends. We also celebrated a couple birthdays while there for some of the adults that came while we were all together as some of the friends were in from FL at their own rented cabin around the corner. The cabin has a great floor layout with it being open from living room to kitchen with the bedrooms off the open area. Outside area is absolutely perfect and tons of room, and the fire pit is a perfect setup. They had a s’mores kit already set up in the kitchen, and plenty of marshmallow roasting skewers at the fire pit area. All rooms were comfortable and water had great pressure. There is a lot of cabinets, but they are all full of stuff… no where to really put the stuff you bring with so would be nice to have one big one empty so you can keep counters clear… not a big deal in the grand scheme of it all.
Only real big complaint is like others mentioned, the road is horrible and one of the major potholes is almost impossible for a car to get through; my daughters car bottomed out a couple times. I know this isn’t their control, but hopefully they can get those that do fix it to fix it considering the cost to rent any of the cabins off the road. The area is amazing and there is enough to do for weeks along with just hanging out around the place. Everyone had an absolutely blast and plan to be back for another ‘Family Time’ get away.

Overall we had a great time at the Family Time Cabin. All went well and the cabin was very nice. The only thing we were very disappointed with was the road getting to and from the cabin. It’s a shame that the County can’t do better with the roads. The black top is in very poor condition. Rocks should be place in the pot holes. That would help a lot.

We all loved the property and talked about coming back next year. It rained but we entertained ourselves and had a great time. The only bad thing was the roads. There are several giant holes in the road and you couldn't even go 10 miles an hour without being jarred and being afraid you would damage your car. I know the property owner has no control over this but this was our only negative thing about our stay.

This was our first vacation with children and grandchildren under one roof. We had an awesome time! Everything was super clean and well organized. There were books, board games, outside games, a delightful fire pit ( enjoyed the s’mores) and a play set for the kids. Plenty of room to sprawl inside and out. As others have mentioned, only one ‘negative’ - excess decos on tables. Would be nice to have more room for guests to drop their belongings without having to move things around. That being said, definitely not enough of an inconvenience
to downgrade our experience. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

Great experience and environment. I just want to let you know that some kitchen utensils were not well clean as well as the mirror on the master bathroom. There is a sock in one of the hunting night stand room that someone else forgot!
My advise is to make decoration more simple due there is very few available area on tables for guests stuff.

The attention to detail that was not expected for our Christmas celebration. Every little decoration in every area of the cabin and a beautiful Christmas tree to top it off! None of this was expected but greatly appreciated and enjoyed by all. The amenities were a hit and used much while every space inside was large enough for our crew. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty big for meals. Thank you for making our time together so memorable and ‘Family Time’ will not be soon forgotten.
