Muy cómodo, la habitación muy limpia, excelente a atención y el desayuno muy completo

Excellent location, excellent value. You will not find a more friendly and professional staff, very welcoming and always attentive. Breakfast was just perfect every morning. Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable and spacious. Leaving a .5 liter bottle of water in your room daily is a nice touch that not every hotel thinks about, smart.

I cant think of any improvements. Really everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. They have a nice place for a great price.

Breakfast is quite simple, it used to be much better with more options available. A mini fridge in the room would have been a game-changer...

The staff in general was very helpful. Also, the location was perfect.

Noise coming from up the roof on the 5th floor. We believe they run the washing machine upstairs at night. There is parking available, but you might get trapped in there if you park fist as others will park behind and block the entry/exit

Staff was really helpful, we had to arrive later, had to change rooms and almost missed one breakfast, and they helped with everything, superb staff!! Location was great for us, easy to arrive. Breakfast was very good. Noise from the street is almost inexistent even tough our room faced the street, and blackouts were great adition!

Rooms can benefit from better indoor isolation

It's a very convenient hotel for one or two nights stay when I go to my dentist appointment, or simply for enjoying Usaquen area. Excellent price for it's location.
