The location was great, just a two minute walk from the beach and because its located on the north of the island, it was a lot more peaceful Staff at reception were great and organised us free boat transfer from the main Phi Phi pier as well as a boat tour

When we first arrived our room had ants crawling in through a hole in the wall and they were all over our beds and walls, when we asked to change rooms we got given a room with no ants but the price difference wasnf refunded (we got given a cheaper room than booked) but I guess that's just their policy

The rooms are big nice and clean with a good wifi and Air Con.

We have picked this location on the Phi Phi Don hoping to avoid noisy, loud bars in the island center. Simple wanted a quiet place to stay. Unfortunately, there are two loud bars just across the property. They are so loud that no property in the area is able to escape the noise. while is not the property’s fault, on the other hand, the property owners could, agree that they want to provide a quiet accommodation not the one with the loud music till 2 o’clock in the night and jointly force the bar to go more silent, close earlier, or just re-profile us restaurants.

very loud. we had bar just right near our room. I didn’t have any sleep. but next day I told it to receptionist and he change our room. I think he could expect woman with 3 kids wouldn’t be happy to have disco party all night in her room….

Beautiful location & very clean

Hard beds

We were looking for a location to have the perfect family beach life holiday and this was perfect. Loh Bagao Bay is not a big holiday resort but has easy access to three amazing beaches on Phi Phi Don and through renting a longtail or speed boat is the perfect base for exploring these beautiful tropical islands. Having travelled widely throughout Thailand this is our favourite beach location by far (and that's with some outstanding competition.) The small fishing village offered everything we needed; a couple of shops for general supplies, excellent local restaurants and two amazing bars. The people are incredibly friendly and made all our family feel very welcome.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Close to the beach and restaurants in a remote part of Phi Phi Don. Very helpful staff helping with arrangements.

We stayed in the older cottage nr.3 which is fully exposed (as all 1-4) to nearby clubs/bars playing super loud music even after midnight. Impossible to sleep and even worse with children. We did not appreciate that payment with card is charged with 5% extra. Also, count with 600Baht boat fee when leaving the property. Rooms are basic but ok considering the price.
