- the location is strategic - near coffee shop and restaurants. in fact, there's a F&B merchants and convinience store + ATM on site (at pop hotel lobby but it's next door so no sweat) - love the swimming pool - the bed and the pillow so comfy, not to mention the Guling .. - The staff were nice.

- there's only one trash bin for the whole room, add one more would be nice. - have to call few times to get amenities (i stay with my mom and the amenities was for one person only) - no vallet parking available (at least when i stay here, i didn't get any info about this). - no spare mask available on the restaurant for the guest who forgot to bring one when having a breakie (like i did), so have to go back to 11th floor to get my mask.

The bed is very comfortable. The air con is a haven for Surabaya heat. The staff was friendly. The room size leaves a lot of room to breathe.

Bathroom is not very clean, I can see some dark spots that need hard scrubs. And it smells of urine at times. The kettle need cleaning it was too dirty was afraid of using it.

- There seems to be a problem with the drainage / ceramic connection either on the floor / wall / toilet. There is always stagnant water on the floor in front of the toilet, and it smells. - Please clean more often a toilet near the swimming pool, especially if a lot of swimming

No breakfast included during my stay.

The elevator button didn’t work properly. I have addressed this to the receptionist. She handled this issue.

The location near city center.

The internet speed was bad. My bed still had massage oil smell and the pillow too. In the toilet, to much water leaking from closet and bath chamber.

The rooms was good. and the service staff was friendly.
