Nice big room and friendly dogs

Bathroom bit dated Breakfast menu could have been provided for choosing night before

The property with it's lake views is great value for money. The rooms were neat, beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great. The dogs were lovely too. You will need a car to come here. Recommended stay enroute Connemara National Park!

Food was great. Nice and hot. Host was friendly, helpful and funny. Room was very spacious. Loved the bath.

Deck chairs could be repainted or replaced.

Lovely breakfast overlooking the lake and great chat with the host. The bedroom was more than enough with a double bathroom.

Minor issues. Sadly the wooden deck needs to be replaced. Bigger towels please! Clear the shower drain if possible.

The location is wonderful, with rooms in front of the lake. Very peaceful place! The owner was very sympathetic

Hosts were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. There were kitchen facilities there for making tea and coffee. Lovely views out to Lough Corrib. Breakfast was good - just what I wanted before running the Connemarathon. I would definitely recommend this b and b and would stay there again.

Great place to stay! Lovely host, quiet place surrounded by the nature and two beautiful dogs. Definitely will come back. If you looking for a place to relax and enjoy the views you have to visit Lakehouse.

It is very remote. The view is amazing.

The property is old but it’s location makes up for the need for some maintenance. The owner is working extremely hard on his own and is very friendly.

Good breakfast cooked by our host. Spacious and comfy rooms, all with great views. Appreciated the outside decks for each room. Cancellation policy and use of shared fridge.

Beautiful location about 2 miles from the town yet only 200 yards/metres from the lake side. Lovely big room, very comfortable & clean.
