Staff very helpful friendly

I tried to book a shuttle to the airport but they didn't respond on the phone or return my message left. Office manager sent email but also no response he got me the address but it was hopeless, no one in the office but I couldn't tell if it was the right address. So I eventually had to get a private shuttle for a lot more money. at the last minute before going to airport.

Room was simple and perfect for us for one night. Easy enough to find but didn’t realize gate would be closed after we arrived from dinner later but guard was nice. AC worked very well. Safe location. Welcoming host-tried to find solution for us for wet passports and lost screws for rental license plate. Fridge worked well. Hot water was good.

It was clean. Good parking, centrally located.

Hard, hard , hard mattresses. No sheet changing and only 1 towel per person for the entire stay. No hand towels for the bathroom and only a sheet on the bed. Very noisy. Really bad attitude by staff and yes we do speak fluent Spanish.We would not return.

Marielos is a lovely woman and made us feel very welcomed. the cleaning staff are very efficient location is very good

when we booked the rooms the price was $50 a night online however when we arrived and paid it came to $86 per night with all of the added taxes etc. Unfortunately $86 per night is not reflective of the standard of the hotel. it is nice enough but not worth so much. my mums bedsheets were also smelly when we first arrived , but they fixed that issue immediately! also we arrived on a friday night, and there is a bar that blasted music until 3am, which only added insult to the up charged price for the weekend. This bar apparently plays music loudly every Friday so I think there should be some sort of warning.

Very nice vibe, beautiful garden and a little seating area in front of the room. The room was clean. Just crossing the street you're already at the beach, so a very good spot. Best value that I found in Tamarindo, given it's an expensive area.
