Very comfortable and well situated hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good selection of choices for breakfast. It was quiet also.

Shocking and disappointing attitude of hotel receptionist. The receptionist told us that in case we post a negative review she will press charges at the police and sue us. She mentioned also that her husband is a banker. The receptionist feared a negative review because we had a misunderstanding at check-in. However the discussion was civilized but our dissatisfaction was obvious. The room was booked online, the CC number/date/CVN (3D secure checks) were provided so we thought the due amount will be directly debited from the CC. But the receptionist asked us to pay again once arrived at check-in. Saying just that the reservation site did not transfer funds to her, but unable to explain. I had to call the site customer service to clear this up. If it still matters: - the free Internet service was difficult to access. We had to repeatedly ask for the code and at about 11 PM the service was unavailable. I will avoid the B&B hotels. I've never experienced so low/primitive behavior (threats and blackmailing) from any accommodation so far. Moreover from a person that is supposed to know how to interact with customers. I reported the receptionist behavior to.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Apparently, due to COVID, eggs & bacon couldn't be served anymore. Buffet is now a simple tray with very little choice, served by local staff. Please don't call it buffet if it is not!
