NICE PROPERTY
The unit was clean, clear and appointed exactly as shown in the pictures. It has a nice view of the pool area and there is an air of excitement and fun as exuded by all in the area during their spring break.
The condo uses physical door-keys for access held in a door mounted lockbox that can be difficult to open and close.
There are TVs in most bedrooms with DVD players and good wi-fi connectivity throughout.
COMMUNITY SECURITY
Seasonal security precautions including required parking passes and pool bands as well as an 8 pm curfew for underage minors, nighttime gate control and security patrols, helped keep things orderly to the extent possible with numerous groups of over-excited adolescents in proximity to one another. All fun appeared to be good-natured and generally well controlled.
ISSUES + RESOLUTION
During the second day of our stay, a plumber promptly arrived to address a pre-existing leak in the master sink that was quickly resolved.
The washer was down for four days of our stay, having been awaiting service on our arrival according to a note from the owner.
It appeared that service personnel were diligently trying to acquire a needed part that caused delay before being able to fix the washer.
SUGGESTIONS
Change to security-code door access as seen on adjacent units.
Install internet-connected smart TV in the main area that would allow users access to their own Netflix, Prime or other streaming subscriptions.
Update washer/dryer.

Great location! Plenty of space for our group of 7. The only “pain” was the front door key situation - 2 keys were provided and left in a lockbox, but the lockbox was difficult to open and close. It just made logistics inconvenient. Would have been nice if the door just had a code to get in. Small price to “pay” for an otherwise great place!

We killed 15 roaches.There were also ants.
You need to check out the plumbing.
We love the property and pool. We have spent 5 vacations
at this property. The washing machine put black marks on clothes that were washed.

We were charged for moving the furniture to our liking just ridiculous as we did not damage anything. The frying pans were so scratched up it seemed that maybe children had played with them outside with rocks and sand.The floors were so filthy if you walked barefoot your feet were black. Not enough towels or wash cloths. The blinds in the master were broke completely in half.

The Property was nice.. but very aggrevating that the fees that had to be paid cost as much as the condo.. that's totally ridiculous ... I will go another route next time..

Lets me start with the cons:
- found a roach on night 2 (cleaning closet) and morning we left (in the hallway bathroom behind the door, which is on the other side of the cleaning closet)
- public beach access for this building is a square of jam packed beach goers. 0/10
- some dishes we had to rinse or wash before our first use of them
- there were conflicting checkout instructions (something on the fridge vs what I received from Vrbo)
- no beach view :(
- some wear and tear could use updating: broken blinds, wheel missing from cot
Okay, now the pros:
- great location
- lots of beautiful views when you’re out walking
- tons of places to eat, shop, hang out
- bicycle rentals are close
- pool was probably our family’s favorite feature, although certain rules were enforced more than others
- beach was within a decent walking distance and the tram was nice, but the actual space at the beach during peak hours had us driving to other beaches down the coast throughout the week
- grocery stores and gas/ice were close too

Spacious villa with amazing location
This villa is so spacious with 4 bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There is a lovely view of the huge pool. The villa has a perfect location at the front of the neighborhood and parking spaces right by the building.
We will be back to stay again foe sure!

Great location for fun and relaxation!
Great location, amazing big pool but we were a bit disappointed with the very limited, small, beach access provided. Although convenient and nice to have the tram take us over....You better get to the beach by 5:30am to get a spot. Thank you so very much!

Good depending on group
The community for this property is the strictest we’ve ever stayed at. There are no tents allowed on this beach and there is a section of SIDEWALK a security guard stays at to make sure you carry anything with wheels across instead of wheeling them on the sidewalk. In my group there was a baby not walking and an elderly man who walks with a cane. It was a very difficult trip to the beach and because of that we only went one day. We bought a tent just for this trip and ended up not being able to use it. Also, the stairs to the beach are some of the steepest I’ve ever had to use. These rules/details should be on the listing for people to decide if it’s worth it or not. I know if it was we wouldn’t have spent $100 on a tent we never got to use.

Condo was great, but........
The description says "From the villa’s front-side, see the gulf’s waters." which is totally not true. There is absolutely no visibility of the ocean from the gulf. Check in instructions weren't delivered until the day after arrival. NO check out instructions were ever sent. No hair dryers or hangers were provided. Both of which are basics in any hotel or condo/VRBO we've ever stayed in. The condo was very nice and the access to the pool was perfect. The employees that provided the shuttle and security were also very kind and helpful. My disappointment is really directed at the management company not the condo itself.

Great stay
Condo layout is great, kitchen very well equipped for cooking in, lots of seating for meals, excellent proximity to the beach, pool, tram stop and nearby restaurants and shops within a very short walk. Biggest downside is the beach itself - it’s unbelievably crowded with at least half of the small beach being taken over by the empty chairs of the vendors. Very disappointing. Hopeful Seacrest will reconsider their beach vendor agreements.

Check in process was simple and easy. Overall this is a nice peppery. Furnishings are not very comfortable and overall could use some updating. That said, we spent most of our time outside & the area and proximity to Rosemary & Alys is great!!

Great trip
Rented this condo for Spring Break. It was very clean and spacious. Great view overlooking the pool . Check in process was smooth . Management sent the code to get in way before 4 PM so we were able to check in early If we wanted . They were also great with communication. I would recommend renting this beautiful condo in a great neighborhood. Seacrest/ Rosemary beach is an awesome community. I would also recommend using Best beach Getaways they were fantastic as well.

Needs some work
We spent the week at Seacrest Beach in this rental and all in all, it was nice. Issues: the place was not clean and even after we contacted the rental manager, nothing was done. You could not walk in on the floors/carpets without your feet turning black. The furniture is dirty and worn and many items need to be replaced. We couldn't sit in some of the furniture on the deck without fear of falling through. Pans need to be replaced; a new set isn't that expensive!
Other than that, the place was fine for the week. The pools were great except for the temperature of the pool...very cold. Shuttle service was good and they were very receptive.

Best bang for your $$
After reading some reviews I was a little nervous about the unit but found it to be spacious, had everything we needed and was perfect for going to the pool. Some of the furniture was worn but not a big deal as it was a great price. I do think the floors could use a good cleaning as well as the rugs. The staff was super from the tram drivers, security and pool staff. I hate that we are outgrowing 4 bedrooms and need 5 or would book this place again. We definitely want to come back to Seacrest.

GREAT LOCATION to AMAZING Pool
We have stayed in Seacrest Beach several times over the years. This unit overlooks the pool and is in a great location to the activities. Love the large dining table, the layout of the bedrooms & the huge balcony that overlooked the pool. The lockbox was very cumbersome to use at the door and would suggest replacing with a door keypad lock like some of the other units. The Master bathroom was disappointing with the water pressure very poor and the tub/shower combo was difficult to get in and out of. Decor needs refreshing as well as mattresses and kitchen pots/pans & silverware need to be refreshed with a higher quality. We love 30A and will definitely come back to the area.

Love Seacrest Beach - Great location!
Every year my family gets together for a week at the beach and we have fallen in love with the Seacrest/Rosemary Beach area. Seacrest itself is a great complex of condos and houses. The pool is amazing and there is easy access to the beach, stores, and restaurants. When booking the condo I made several contacts with Ashley at the rental agency. She was always very helpful and prompt when responding to my questions. The condo itself is in a grew location right next to the pool. Bedroom configurations worked out well for us and the large dining table was perfect for gathering around. Parking was not a problem - there were several reserved spots and extra slots for overflow. The general decor was nice and coordinated. My only complaint would be in the overall upkeep of the unit. It is definitely looking a little tired. I would suggest replacing the bedding, providing new pots and pans (several were warped and almost unusable), and repainting the entire unit. Many of the walls were dirty and stained. I have to admit I was a bit disappointed. Tweaking this unit would take it from ho-hum to amazing.

Great condo
My husband and I took our teenage son and 3 of his friends to stay in this Seacrest condo over spring break. We were very happy with it. The pictures are an accurate portrayal of the interior. Deck is very spacious and plenty of furniture. Well-stocked kitchen and huge dining table. The main drawback is that the front door lockbox for key was cumbersome to use. Good location/view to pool. Near all the "action". Be sure to lock your bikes outside condo, as we had 2 stolen overnight during our stay.

Excellent Location, Very Nice Property, Just Needs Some Extra Attention to Cleaning
Our family travels to the Seacrest Beach area each Fall and typically stay at the Villas of Seacrest condos. This year we had an extra couple joining us so we needed a unit with a fourth bedroom. The Unit was very spacious and nicely laid out. The listing which described the property was very accurate and working with the Management Company was very easy. Everyone at the Management Company was very friendly and they even gave us out check in code a couple of hours prior to check in time, which was very nice. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The patio overlooks the 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool and the furniture on the patio was adequate for everyone to come outside and enjoy their coffee each morning.
There are a few things that could be changed to make this unit even better. The first thing is the inconvenience of the key box on the front door. The keys are in a box which is attached to the front door. At check-in you are provided with the code to the box that opens and you have to get the actual key out to open the door (both dead bolt and regular lock). Most of the units we have stayed in have a code which is part of the door handle, which makes it much simpler. Secondly, there is no WiFi connection in the unit, only an ethernet connection. Adding WiFi is not that much more expensive and it would add value to the rental unit and make it more attractive to renters. Most all families utilize some form of electronics that can benefit from WiFi technology. The last thing is that the unit was in need of a good cleaning. Granted we were there in the Fall which I am sure by the end of the season the unit has been through quite a few families. We found large, dark stains in the carpet and the bathrooms were not as clean as I would have expected. The unit is also in need of a coat a new paint. The ceramic tile floor was filthy. If you had on socks or were barefoot your feet were black by the end of the evening, it definitely needs a good cleansing. Additionally, the beds were not the most comfortable, but we were on vacation and didn't spend a lot of time in them anyway.
Overall a very nice unit and we would stay there again. Just a few small changes and attention to detail would take this from an Average rated unit to an Excellent unit.

This is NOT PET FRIENDLY
We booked this property through vrbo/best beach getaways because it states that this location is "pet friendly". After paying the pet deposit and verifying that this property is pet friendly when we booked, the rental company is now charging us additional cleaning fees and to clean the carpets. The floors were not clean, the bathtub would not drain and the refrigerator would not stay closed. There were almost no cleaning supplies to maintain any semblance of cleanliness in the property. While there is internet, it is direct connect - so don't forget your ethernet cable if you have the misfortune of renting here!

Beautiful Property
We really enjoyed our week here. The pictures and description on the site are perfect. We loved the large balcony overlooking the pool (loved the beautiful pool). The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had 8 adults and 2 children here and had plenty of room. The entire community is beautiful, great to ride bikes and the tram is an excellent way to the beach instead of walking. The beach and ocean was beautiful this week. I would suggest the owners purchase a wireless router for internet access. We had a hard time getting online since we are a family who uses the internet daily for news, communication etc. Only one computer can be online at a time and it is difficult to get the router to work. We love the 30A area for vacations and this place was perfect!!
