Clean room
No breakfast, no elevator, no day cleaner, no staff until 10 AM and staff not speaking English
4.5
The hotel is located outside Odessa in the wine village of Tayirova. The hotel is very nice and very cleverly designed. Room large and well equipped. The hotel pool especially for children is also excellent. There is also a table tennis table and a trampoline in the lee. From the airport there is quite a difficult connection by transport. Airport taxis are not recommended for a high price especially if you do not speak Russian. In this case, it is better to get a Ukrainian phone card and call a normal taxi. An even better option is to call local taxi, it is the cheapest option. This taxi is also good to use for trips to the sea to the beach or to visit Odessa. For swimming to the sea, I recommend visiting the beach near the city of Chernomorsk rather than the beaches in Odessa. It is also good to visit wine factory with wine tasting and shop in the village. The old factory is especially good. Breakfast and other meals in the hotel are very good and quite unknown to Central Europeans ("nalesniki", "sirniky", "draniky"). The hotel staff is at a high professional level.
The hotel staff does not have much knowledge of English. Just like almost everywhere in Ukraine, there are stray dogs here.

The property itself is well built and neat. There is a nice swimming pool and the design is good.
On arrival they didn’t have the room we booked available. We booked a room with balcony and we are a couple, they have us a room with 2 separate beds. It was after driving for 10 hours from Lviv and we were exhausted. We wanted to cancel and book somewhere else but they said they can not cancel, and it took a while before the owners daughter showed up and fixed the issue by giving us another room. All was good after that until the next evening after a long day of meetings and later spending the afternoon at the beach, we returned to our apartment only to find the warm water not working. We contacted reception and they said it should be working. We kept the hot water on for another 10 minutes but still not hot water. We came down and again the receptionist (which was never at her desk, instead hanging out with friends at the garden) told us the hot water is fine. She refused to acknowledge we didn’t have hot water. After arguing for half an hour, she agreed to come up to the room, and then she acknowledged the fact. She spoke to another guy and they said sorry we are trying to fix the problem. While waiting for a long time at the reception for them to fix the problem, a drunk lady walked in and started abusing us and other people who were waiting too. It became so bad we had to run inside the staff room to call someone to come out while everyone was screening around us. The receptionist were just never there. They came out and took her out, again took them 45 minutes to resolve the issue before coming back to us saying we think we should give you the key to another room to shower, sorry for the inconvenient. It was 1:30 am by now.
The owner and he daughter are good people who genuinely want to run a proper hotel, but the staff that run the place once the owners are not around are a complete disaster. Really ruined our trip.

Nice place with pool and restaurant. Hospitable staff. I wish I could stay more than for one night. Next time visiting Odessa will definitely stay at that hotel again.

The room looks outstanding, it is extremely spacious and with well-matched brand new furniture. The same can be said about the interior of the hotel in general. Additionally, It is nice that there is a large balcony where you can chill out.
Although the staff members do not wear uniforms, they try to solve the problems professionally and advantageous for customers. Moreover, I was pleased to notice that the young clinging girls are smiling and greeting consumers.
Unfortunately outside the room, there is nothing to do in this place. It looks like an old Soviet-era rest camp. The hotel has a free swimming pool, but due to bad weather, I did not use it.
The area is full of stray dogs that angrily attack passers-by. I won't recommend running in the area.
Apart from Russian and possibly a little Ukrainian, the staff does not speak foreign languages. So, as a foreign tourist, you may have difficulty sorting out the issues
4.5
Good location, very friendly staff, modern and spacious rooms, nice territory of the hotel, large parking, very tasty though a bit pricey restaurant.
What I really liked is that the music outside the hotel went off at 11 pm straight even though it was Friday and a national holiday.
- the AC wasn`t working in one of our rooms and since it wasn`t fixed the next day (+32 outside!) we asked to change the room and got another room with working AC, so it is not a minus actually but just an unpleasant moment that the hotel resolved.

Very good staff.
