The location was excellent, next to the botanical gardens and close to the coastal foot path.

The kitchen is a little cramped and one of the shower units could be better.

Great Location . Quiet (several properties within the same grounds so would depend on other occupants) with easy access to the coastal Path. Shared leisure activities including some indoor suitable for inclement weather. Good view of the sea from the large sitting room on the first floor.

The kitchen is a little restricted for use by a larger group. We were four but the property can accommodate up to 8 comfortably.

We liked the accommodation as it was nicely tucked away, peaceful and quiet

mobile phone signal was very poor. We felt that the stairs were in the wrong place

Location excellent

Signage on entry to property nothing like states on instructions so really hard to find. Property could really do with a user manual to all facilities within the house, and folder with suggested walks etc.

It suited most of our families needs. It was clean, spacious, well laid out and had good amenities. It was located perfectly for the beach and costal walks into Ventnor and back every day. Our family age range's were 9, 20, 50 and 70 and it accommodated well for all 8 of us which had different expectations and needs. We cooked all bar one day and the facilities were great for our traditional culinary skills. We took two cars and parking was never an issue for us. It had a dedicated parking bay for one vehicle plus spare ground for extra vehicles. We found this a beautiful, peaceful and well located place to stay even during a storm and we hope to return again one day. Thank you.

We struggled getting the internet. The owners responded quickly to our first concern which was no internet and we were grateful but we then found the signal strength was poor despite having a booster. The HUB is located in another complex that kept getting turned off at night by other guests. That said, we didn't pursue with this anymore with the owners as we decided living without the internet would not be a bad thing. Out of interest, our mobile internet supplier which is Virgin was poor and most of the time we had no signal. That's not the vendors responsibility but worth mentioning alongside the internet issue if the internet is a real priority for anyone else. This would not put us off staying here again unless there was a real need for the internet. All in all we had a lovely stay and it was nice to get the family all together after the pandemic.

Beautiful setting and gorgeous sea views. We loved having close access to the coastal path and all the isolated coves nearby.

Some parts of the house were not very clean.

We loved hanging out in the gorgeous upstairs lounge with wonderful views. It was great being tucked away and near to the sea and very easy being being there. The house is very well equipped. We particularly liked the patio and the large table out there as we were lucky to have wonderful weather. Eating breakfast in the sunshine! Another huge bonus was the badminton and table tennis facilities, both of which we really enjoyed the use of and last but certainly not least is the adorable donkey!!!

The kitchen was very small but extremely well equipped. The double mattress upstairs was not not brilliant.
