Familiengeführtes kleines Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr geräumig, das Bett wunderbar bequem. Wer hier Luxus erwartet, wird enttäuscht. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, wenn auch alles schon etwas älter. Den Spabereich kann man, bei Voranmeldung, zu 30 Euro für 2 Stunden buchen. Den Bademantel bekommt man vorher aufs Zimmer. Es besteht die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu essen. Zur Auswahl stehen zwei Menüs. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als angemessen. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt

Das Frühstück fällt sehr übersichtlich aus. Was mir persönlich gefehlt hat, war eine Dusche im Spa. So wollte ich den Whirlpool nach der Sauna nicht nützen

Improving the internet connection on the upper floors to ensure reliable coverage within rooms would enhance the experience. Additionally, considering adding cheese to the breakfast options could be a positive touch.

Very nice and friendly staff, however with very limited English. Typical sweet simple Italien breakfast but on request they provided ham and cheese as well.

Location and terrible old and steep bumpy road to reach it.

The location could be explained better as it’s close to Lecco but the serpentine road in darkness can be challenging for some drivers.
