Good location.

Small room, the size of the room is announced 31 m2 on the site of the hotel. In the reality it is 16 m2. No parking, very uncomfortable.

The location is perfect The beds are very comfortable

I had an upgrade for the room. However, the room was average the sofa bed when open was so close to the vanity table had to walk sideways to get to the balcony

Hervorragende Lage, sehr zentral. Große, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, freundliches und fähiges Personal. Fitnessstudio mit viel Equipment, dessen Lage mitten in einem Flur lediglich minimal störend ist.

Leider keine Badewanne auf dem Zimmer.

The property is stunning, the decor of the rooms are beautiful and the service throughout the hotel was top notch! Location wise you are at the top of Vitosha Boulevard and surrounded by some good bars and places to eat. I’d not hesitate to stay again as the price is very good value for money.

For a 5* hotel I felt the cleanliness of the room was very poor. The wooden floors were dusty, as were most of the surfaces, clearly not cleaned with any kind of eye for detail. Taps in the bathroom were watermarked and the splash back behind the sink and the mirror were badly marked with splashes. Such a shame as the hotel itself and the rooms are stunning. Housekeeping do not do the place justice!

Front desk staff were always swamped - so it was very difficult to get any help from them - other than check-in and check-out. The hotel needs more staff to help their patrons.

The location was good, right in the center of the city. The room was very fancy with automatic curtains, a nice balcony.

It does not have a parking. Like a safe one not one in the middle of the walking alley. It was quite dirty. Lots of dust in the room, even the floor on the hallway wasn’t clean. The breakfast wasn’t that good. The only things that looked good was the fruits.
