Excellent location in the center of Sofia. We were somewhat surprised how quiet it was given that. Room was clean and very comfortable. Very modern decor too! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect for exploring the city, and the check-in experience was very easy. Comfy and stylish rooms.

location was great, the woman who checked us in was great. The entrance on the street wasn't great but don't let that dismay you, because upstairs was clean and modern.

We couldn't flush any toilet paper down the toilet and the wifi was very slow and kept disconnecting.

The concept is great, very much a self service type operation. Not many facilities but it's more like a mini apartment without kitchen. Location is great, right in the middle of the city close to shops and restaurants.

I stayed in two different rooms and noticed that both rooms had similar issues. In both rooms no. 9 and no. 10 the floors need some fixing and resealing. The bathroom in room 9 had a few broken tiles (a hole as big as a 20 cent coin) on the floor and the shower head holder rail was loose at the top. In bathroom in room 10 the shower faucet was loose. In both bathrooms the grouting around the drains needed redoing. The window sills in both rooms are from chipboard and have been exposed to moisture and have swelled up, making it look shabby. The hallway: It's dark, which is perfectly fine but then make sure all room number backlighting is working. Finally the WiFi router should be mounted properly and not just placed on a bedside table in the hall. These are easily solved problems which the management needs to look into!

Sonia was a great employee. she helped us alot. but another stuff wasn’t a helpful person.

The staff is very nice and they give very good instructions for check in. The location is very central and easy to find. The room was quite and clean, with all you need inside.

Its is not fully a hotel but kind of family hotel. When taking shower and using water there are some strange sounds appearing from the walls, but not very disturbing.

the pub next door had loud music on until 2 am during the weekend days.. so 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there. on the third night there was a drunk person yelling on the street which kept us up as well.

A place with a very pleasant atmosphere and in the hearth of Sofia. The people in charge of the place are very friendly and will help you in whatever you need.

only location and the receptionist is a nice person.

if you are a couple- I don’t recommend because you will get twin beds which was added together to make it a double bed and it was not comfortable at all. The room was not clean on our first day and it smelled bad which I guess was coming from the bathroom/toilets.
