Mi è piaciuta la posizione, la tranquillità, lo staff molto disponibile e la piscina.
Se devo trovare una nota negativa, suggerisco di migliorare la pulizia sia delle stanze che della piscina. A mio avviso sarebbe anche comodo anticipare la colazione almeno alle 7.30 per permettere agli ospiti di "guadagnare" tempo al mattino. Soprattutto in caso di bimbi che si svegliano all'alba. In ogni caso lo staff è disponibile 24h su 24 e può preparare la colazione take away.

L'emplacement vraiment parfait pour aller au lagon de balos. La vue incroyable sur la mer. La literie confortable.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel très moyen pour le buffet du soir, beaucoup de propositions plus disponibles, le service inexistant, manque de couverts.
Les odeurs de canalisations qui remontent dans la douche et les toilettes. La douche qui coule de tous les côtés et qui a des traces de moisissure.
Un vieux caleçon retrouvé sous un lit...
Une lampe cassée avec les fils apparents, inutilisable.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay, during the dinner there was many tipes of local dishes. The room was clean, the terrace was very big. The Falassarna and Balos Beaches are so close.
The location of the hotel is far from everything (shops and restaurants). You can just go anywhere by car.

Comfy beds, big room, nice view, big balcony. Nice reception area, a gift on the check-out was very nice touch. We had a problem with the toilet and the lady from reception fixed it right away.
The pictures are not accurate. It is not so nice and shiny anymore. Maybe the hotel looked like this once, but not anymore.
For us, the hotel and the room look abounded, only the reception area was nice. The bathroom was full of mould, the mirror old and damaged. No door on the shower, so everything gets flooded. Location in the nowhere, which I knew before booking and it was not a problem for us, but worth to say for others. Breakfast with a lot of choices but nothing looked appealing, waiter had a dirty t-shirt like it was not washed for weeks.

It is like a 4 star hotel. The room is big, with a big and comfortable bed with views to the sea from the bed. The bathroom is new with a very good shower. It has a very nice pool with a pool bar and amazing views to the sea. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave us a gift basket when we left <3
It is located next to Balos beach national park, one of the best and most beautiful beaches I've ever seen.
You have nice restaurants in the village.

It has a great location and the view from the balcony is amazing!
We stayed for one night and went on a boat trip to Balos Beach the next day.
Very nice and neat room! Highly recommend!
It doesn't have an elevator so it was a bit inconvenient carrying all our things and a 9 month old up 2 floors of stairs.

The staff: 10/10 super nice and always available to help, the best really. The room was super clean and organised. Breakfast was decently varied, but not so Greek.
The area in front of the hotel is rocky so you need to move away to find a beach. This is fine, excepts that the description gives the idea that you could do sun bath in that area.
