We stayed there for one night to attend a concert in Glauchau. The location was nice, the room itself was though not luxury but very nice. It was very big and cooled and there was a big wardrobe. Breakfast was nice and there was an opportunity to have it outside. The bed was beautiful and soft, there was even a couch near the entrance and a beautiful table with chairs.

There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. The entrance to shower was completely inconvenient because very high (> 0.5 m). It was okay for us young people but otherwise it would be difficult. The staff was rarely at the reception (though because there were only 2 people for the whole hotel). WiFi connection in the room was hardly available.

The floor is old and squeaks, shower cabin disaster, sleeping pillows are bad. wifi is not working.

everything is ok, but I do not understand why the Internet speed was very slow. If you would use average speed, you should pay 2 Euro per hour. And suddenly the Heating system was turned off from 12 pm to 6 am.

Windows could not be closed properly (very old windows), this was an issue since the hotel is located in a relatively busy street it was not possible to sleep during the night. The floor is based on old woods where are not properly fixed in place, therefore, when people in other rooms walk you could easily hear the sound which could be nerve racking. Apart from that, the breakfast was not properly organized (few pieces of bread, empty Nutella jar and few salami), overall it was unnecessary expensive based on offered features. Bathroom was clean but not well repaired so the water stocks.

The Lady that make the breakfast was very friendly, she make a nice talk with me and also the food was good.

The shower is very high to step in, its dangerous to go out also, i missed a fridge on the room.
