Sehr kleines, ruhiges und familiäres Hotel mit sehr geräumigen und sauberen Zimmern. Zum Frühstück gab es ein kleines aber feines Buffet und einen überall freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Empfang.

Direkt neben dem Hotel läuft die Bahntrasse, wodurch es durchaus etwas lauter im Zimmer wird, sobald das Fenster geöffnet ist.

The hotel was immaculately clean

It's very close to the rail track, so it can get very noisy, there's no lift and no designated parking spaces

Basic old style hotel with nice service, good value for money

Couldn't access the hotel so had to panic book a more expensive hotel at short notice. The access code eventually arrived by email but too late.

The rooms are clean and for for the purpose. I liked it in general

I would like the hotel to have laundry service. I struggled to find where to do laundry around the hotel location

We were pleasantly greeted at arrival, everything was neat and clean. Breakfast was very nice too.

The sound of the train at night, which is pretty close by. The hotel did proactively provide ear plugs though.

Intimacy of the location. Cool design. Clean. Easy access to public transportation (bus&train), around 10 min. away from the town center by bus/car. Nearby markets and gas station. Quiet and cool vibe neighborhood. The location has its own restaurant (I didn't check it however as I was in a rush mode). For the money I paid, I am satisfied. It's possible I will the same location next I'm in town.

The bad was a little bit uncomfortable, I wished a bigger blanket and and an additional pillow. A little bit cold, however acceptable. Some mold scent in the bathroom and on the stairwell (not overwhelming). Some access problems until I figured out how to use the code access in the building and my room.

Location is perfect for experiencing small town life and getting access to Dortmund landmarks. The breakfast was good. Check in was easy with the emailed directions.

The welcome email could have included English.

convenient location close to train(S-Bahn) station with good connection to Dortmund.

Large clean and comfortable room

Didn't see any staff, auto door lock very difficult to use. Internet didn't work. Glass bathroom door, so easy to walk into it when closed.

The flexibility for checkout.

Breakfast was too early

Proximity to the university, contactless check in and out, timely communication with reception.

Facilities were rather basic, smell in the building was off-putting, only single bed use in a double room.
