I would rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the high standard of hygiene truly stood out. I was very happy with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. The security team was very nice, and the staff overall were extremely friendly. The concierge was also very helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable

I ordered food from Zoya restaurant at the Oberoi hotel, and the packaging was very disappointing. The food was placed in plastic, which made it look unappetizing and unappealing to even try.

The hotel is located on marine drive and the ocean view room was great. They had setup a beautiful decoration in our room for our 25th Wedding Anniversary which was a wonderful gesture.

The room size was smaller compared to other 5 star hotels that we have stayed in previously.

Amazing staff here, everyone from the cleaners, to housekeeping, Waiters and receptionists were outstanding and always willing to go the extra mile.

The service level of the hotel is great, staff is courteous and polite. The staff at the restaurant would go out of their way to accommodate your requests. location as well as rooms and view all great. For work trips this is the perfect hotel to wind down after a long day.

Exceptional services from facilities to the best of cleanliness in each corner of the property, amazing sea view from all floors and just loved the ambience and food.

We had to wait for one and half hour in queue for check in time and check in staff is rude and finally we got room at 3:30 pm instead of 2. With this we were committed with room upgrade which did not happend. Check out time again was waiting in queue for 20 mins. Except these three things all was perfect

Booking.com is not good for booking. Everywhere breakfast is complimentary with Room booking. But here, no breakfast.

Mostly everything. The staff other than breakfast room was really good. Their service was matchless.

We two were senior citizens and one of us was on the wheelchair. Until we had had breakfast everything seemed excellent. My sister was immobile so we requested to bring fruits for her. The person took the order properly but never to come back! To another person we asked for tea and coffee and met again with the same experience! After quite long time a person named Bryan helped us and we could have our breakfast! But we didn't enjoy the breakfast at all. Another issue is with room charges. They charged me more than for what price I had booked through Booking.com. I don't know who is responsible for this. Booking.com or hotel. It seems the genius discount Booking.com had given to me they didn't accept.

Drove down from Pune for a 2N-3D staycation just after Diwali. The hospitality on offer was par excellence - right from the entrance, check-in, concierge, in-room dining, in-house restaurants, swimming pool, etc. My kids loved the swimming pool - located on the 10th floor with a view of the magnificent Mumbai skyline. The hotel itself is quite lively which is something we prefer. The staff went out of their way to arrange a complementary hotel taxi to take us to the Gateway of India. Staying in South Mumbai with a view of Marine Drive has been an item on our bucket-list for a while - glad we could do it this year. Many thanks to the management team at Trident for making it a memorable experience. Special thanks to the in-room dining team, Rocky (concierge), Nikhil (check-in), Satbir and team (entrance/car parking).

Food and Ambience

At times, no clear guidance from reception staff..need more clarity on the information they give to customers. Should be well trained for any questions regarding tariffs, hotel info etc.

Breakfast is diverse and tasty, especially fruits. I want to thank the hotel employee, who was extremely polite and cultured. I would like to thank him for hos work and the gift from the hotel and apologize for, unfortunately, forgetting his name.

The only problem was that the bed in my room was a little unsteady.

It was a kind move of them to upgrade our rooms to the new ones

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Refurbished room was stunning with an incredible view. Breakfast was good. Bar and dinner was nice but very expensive, more than twice the price of other local restaurants (especially drinks). The pool was awesome but it did get quite breezy in the afternoon

The only issue we had which may or may not affect others was that the reception area was heavily perfumed and affected our sinuses.

The location, I had the ocean view room and that was amazing.

Breakfast was ok. Can be better in terms of taste and choice of food.

The Service was Amazing and the location is perfect. The Gym is Superb too

Everything but on top of all the service. Trident employees really went above and beyond in multiple ways. Especially the room maintenance (welcome treats, cleaning, gifts they left in the room for us before our departure). Also, the amenities are unparalleled, our room had an amazing view and every little thing, from the shower gels to the bedsheets were of the highest quality

Hard to call out any. Maybe it’d be nice to have 1 or 2 more European options in the breakfast buffet - but even that was compensated by a free selection of a la carte options (eggs, pancakes etc)

We recently travelled from Australia to Mumbai for surgery and stayed in 5 hotels during our month long trip. Trident Nariman Point was by far the best and it was the hotel we returned to during my recovery. The staff are amazing, so friendly, kind and helpful. The location is perfect. We stayed in 2 different rooms Premier Double City View (slightly dated and not as clean) & Executive Ocean View (modern, recently renovated & super clean). We preferred the ocean view as it’s newer and had a great view. The facilities in the hotel are great. The security is very high and makes you feel safe. The restaurants just as great. We wished we had have known that we could walk through the hotel to the Oberoi next door for more restaurants without having to walk out to the road though. The room service came from the restaurants on site and was well used given the reason for our stay. We very much miss the food now we are back home! The gardens are beautiful and well maintained and were so nice for a stroll during recovery. We were lucky enough to be there during the Indian Airforce show which was really cool and we had the perfect view! On top of all this, the prices were the best out of all the hotels we stayed in and this was over the Christmas/New Year period. We highly highly recommend this hotel and if we ever need to come back we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for your hospitality in what was otherwise a difficult time in our lives.

Incredibly friendly and customer focused. Truly exceptional experience from start to finish. We were greeted by such kindness and creativity. On entering our room we found that it was decorated in celebration of our wedding anniversary. So many other magic moments were made to make this a world class experience.
