Cozy hotel with free parking and staff very kind; room very big and complimentary tea/coffe

The neighbourhood hasn't so much to offer and the city centre is not so close

Breakfast is optional but we get it as a goodwill gesture 👌. The location is outside Kopenhagen but you have excellent public transport.

They are a little eager to charge you and to many notes for payment!

The hotel met my expectation for price, location and condition as described. Location is perfect: Herlev center, shops just outside the hotel. Train station is 10 mins walk. Cheap trip & easy access to city centre of Copenhagen.

The décor and room are outdated, but clean - That's important. My husband has bad back, soft bed doesn't do him any good. But for others who like soft bed, it's alright with a good size (we had queen bed). Wish more parking lots for the hotel guests or at least more than 3 hours limit (imagine to change parking timer at night or must return to hotel again for less than 3 hours sightseeing trip). Parking space between cars are so tight (these days, people drive big cars, so it's so difficult to get out of the car among those giant cars).

Very clean. The staff were nice and the room service was pretty good. Much cheaper than similar options in Copenhagen.

The hotel turned out to be very hard to find without GPS and quite a long drive from the centre of Copenhagen. We repeatedly got lost on the way out or home. Not really the hotel's fault, of course, but frustrating and time-consuming. The old hotel's front as depicted in booking.com was on a pedestrian street, and the actual entrance a modern one at the back by a parking lot, adding to the confusion. But parking was free.

Easy to find, nice and quiet. Breakfast OK, good variety. Parking facilities OK. Staff realy good and helpfull.

Nice small hotel outside of copenhagen. With great access by train to downtown. Only a 20 minute train ride. And the hotel is very dog friendly.

Good location for visiting our friends in Herlev. Good choice of buffet breakfast. Scrambled eggs were perfect. Free coffee or tea in the 2nd floor coffee station. Shops and eating areas close by.

Rooms were a little dated but it was a ‘normal’ hotel room with large bed, white bedding and television. We would have liked thicker curtains, we had an early morning flight and so had a sleep in the afternoon but, as the curtains were thin, the room was very light.

For two nights it was ok. Positive: Friendly staff, clean room, free parking, free coffee at the corridor , good lift.

Negative: outdated rooms / hotel – very basic, restaurant not in function (no good Danish restaurant in the direct area), horrible breakfast room, price much to high (150,- euro per night excl. breakfast 16.-) for this is max 125,- normal including breakfast – mid 3 star level. Photo from de historical front at the backstreet is misleading. The box as front which is the hotel would be better.

Everything was fine: pleasant stay, clean room, fine breakfast, friendly staff.
