Le fumoir à cigare, une cavé exceptionnelle tant en vin qu'en alcool. Superbe endroit, bien situé et des dirigeants aux petits soins de leurs hôtes.
La literie est bien mais pas hyper confortable. Une couette donnerait de la modernité à notre goût.

Hotel le Cep is charming and in a great location close to the centre of Beaune. The building is old and beautifully kept with loads of character and antique furnishings. The stairs are quite steep, but there is a lift. The reception staff are very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.

Fabulous location and excellent staff, who were always available and helpful. Large comfortable room with good amenities.
The bathroom was perhaps not quite up to the expected standard and a strangely cramped breakfast on the Sunday morning of our stay after a much more generous Saturday morning affair

great location, lovely rooms and wonderful friendly staff. Felt that they genuinely welcomed our two dogs also, they had towels, bowls and treats as part of the room set up.

The whole experience was excellent, our two dogs were also treated as guests! Sebastien welcomed us looked after us very well, and was a star throughout our trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The room was quite big and clean, bed was super comfy (there is one neck pillow that is just heaven!). Wellness area is wonderful and the massages are really worth a try. Location of the hotel is perfect to go sightseeing and wine tasting.

I’ve stayed here once or twice a year for many years. The service is always impeccable. The staff are pleasant, professional and unfailingly helpful. The owner is often onsite and has done a remarkable job of improving the facilities over the last twenty years.

it wasn’t very clean, the spa was only 1 hour per day and you have to make payments and reservations on top. we asked many times for cleaning the room and still was dirty after the cleaning

Our stay was amazing! The staff was great and very helpful. This is the best place to stay for learning the area and getting the information you need! I highly recommend!

Classic building nestled in the heart of the old town, big beautiful bedroom with high ceilings and huge bathroom. Very warm, especially the bathroom - we had to turn the towel rail off!
We sampled a few wines at the bar with excellent guidance

A beautiful hotel, right in the centre of the most beautiful town. The rooms were excellent. The staff very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was fine but not of the same standard as the hotel. Just a little plain with cheeses and croissants.
