Camere pulite e confortevoli, colazione semplice ma buona, personale di sala attento e cortese. La posizione della struttura permette di raggiungere molti belle passeggiate senza muoversi troppo in macchina, non ho avuto modo di provare spa e piscina ma credo che siano un’ottimo servizio da fornire sia in estate che in inverno.

Accettare di ospitare i cani è bello ma credo anche che sarebbe bello permettere agli ospiti con animali al seguito di avere uno spazio “colazione/cena” in cui possano portarli, senza doverli lasciare in stanza per forza. Certo magari anche esterno (in estate) dove non “disturbare” o creare disagio a chi non li ha.

The hotel is situated perfectly in Bellamonte and the views were amazing, if you were lucky enough to get a room with a view. (Unfortunately we were not so lucky). The breakfast was outstanding and just the right start to the day! Don't get me wrong, this is a stunning place to stay but you need to get the right room!

I would have given a 10/10 rating but the room was not ideal. I fully understand that the hotel was fully booked but my elderly parents hit their head on the roof trusses in the room 2 or 3 times whilst staying there. Eventually they had to put a towel hanging so that when they woke up they would remember not to stand up straight to exit the bed, due to the low roof. (However, the cleanliness and beds were amazing). This was because they were staying on the top floor. The other issue was that the pool and sauna were included, however the pool was closed for the majority of the stay and only was sorted in the last day or two. The times for the pools were also only from 4pm till 7pm. When questioning some of the staff, the response was quiet abrupt and sharp, almost as if to say "Why are you asking me this?" This was mainly around the issue of the other facilities in the hotel.

Stayed overnight with a group of friends while touring on our motorcycles. The hotel has a splendid location, with mountain views all around. The staff were friendly and our rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with all the required facilities. Our evening meal and buffet breakfast were of very good quality. Would return and recommend

Food was delicious, and staff was super nice. Common area is super cosy and has a wifi (also in rooms).

Pool and sauna were a bit of disappointment (very small, and old). Rooms were cosy and nice, but they could use a bit of a make over.
