the front staff were really nice. the property was also located in a very nice area and the apartment was very clean
the beds were a little hard. and next time we could use some more pillows

I like the location. There’s a mall within walking distance and plenty of food options around. staff was really friendly and helpful. Very clean property.
My unit was facing the gym next door and 2 of 3 nights I stayed at the hotel I got woken up before 6 am due blasting music coming from the gym.

Property seemed to change since our last visit. The property used to be better shape. Now everything looked like it is running down.

the apartments were very clean and had all the necessary for a family stay.
The location is excellent
The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful.
There is a gym next to it and from 5am it is IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. You can hear the instructors shouting very loud. One can also hear noise from the street.
The security is also not great. The door and the garage are open all the time even when the receptionist isn’t there.
The wifi is terrible!!!
We were offered to change room after complaining but we took all out of our luggages so we didn’t want to pack again for the whole family.
This should have been offered in the first place and guests should be warned that there is noise.

The staff went far and beyond on their services. They accommodated all our needs and helped me with anything extra I needed even an extra bed for my kid. The cleaning ladies are phenomenal. Location is on point! Stores, groceries, public transportation, and a big mall.

It's a big bright apartment, comfortable beds, and if you ask you can get more amenities provided.

street noise. The window next to the bed in the living room was taped in the upper part, to seal it in some way...so even more noisy. Bring earplugs.
It would be great if they provided breakfast, but we found several places a block away.

no breakfast but the waist is that they don’t have a coffee maker if you like a coffee or tea you must to leave the hotel is not far away to buy it. but if is raining or are you tired or late. you don’t have options.
