Breakfast was great! Room was clean and comfortable and had all the essentials. The host was very friendly and professional. Excellent location-- I was in town for multiple appointment days at LRMC nearby, and it made for an excellent and convenient home base.

Pillows were a little sad-- they had so little fluff to them that my sister and I had to use our travel neck pillows for additional support. Additionally, it seemed like the "cool" setting on the A/C was disabled? It was comfortable enough temperature-wise that we did not ask about it, although there was one night during our stay that it felt a little balmy. The A/C also did seem to stop randomly overnight-- it caused me to wake up randomly one night, but it was a post-surgery rest day so didn't really bother me.

"Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und haben 3 Nächte im Hotel HRC Pfeffermühle in Landstuhl verbracht. Leider wurden wir nach einem ersten positiven Eindruck maßlos enttäuscht. Die Informationen auf booking.com stimmten überhaupt nicht mit der Realität überein. Entgegen der Bewerbung auf der Website gibt es im Hotel kein traditionelles Restaurant mit herzhaften Gerichten oder einen Biergarten. Die verschiedenen Musik- und Theaterveranstaltungen, die versprochen wurden, waren nicht existent. Dies war sehr enttäuschend, da wir uns darauf gefreut hatten. Außerdem gab es im Hotel keinen Aufenthaltsraum oder eine andere Möglichkeit, sich mit anderen Gästen zu treffen und Zeit zu verbringen. Wir waren gezwungen, unser Mittag- und Abendessen immer außerhalb in anderen Lokalen einzunehmen und dort auch unsere Zeit zu verbringen, da im Hotel keine Möglichkeit dazu bestand. Die Bezeichnung "Hotel" für dieses Etablissement ist völlig unangemessen. "Hotel Garni" oder "Pension" wären weitaus passendere Bezeichnungen. Dieses Hotel kann leider nicht empfohlen werden, insbesondere nicht für Gruppen oder Gäste, die planen, im Hotel zu speisen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist inakzeptabel. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel HRC Pfeffermühle und würden es nicht weiterempfehlen."

The room was very spacious and clean. Since we were there when it was a little warm it was great having a room with air conditioning! We enjoyed the breakfast which had a wide assortment of food from eggs and fresh rolls to cereal for our son. Location was close to great walking trails!

I don't recommend the hotel when someone has children and a stroller very many stairs and no elevator . We stayed room in the basement was very cold . Hotel clean but I will not stay like this for sure again
