The accom was close to dining places

Wifi did not work except out in the carpark. Staff were not at all helpful rectifying this. There was quite a bit of mould in the shower. There was a toaster in the room but no plates or knives, maybe just an oversight.

We arrived before the time we gave & no staff on in the given open hours so we saw no staff at all, no milk in the fridge to make a tea Or coffee & about 12 squares of toilet paper on the roll.

Good location near Club and restaurants. Clean and value for money.

staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Parking was easy and so was checking in and out.

The location was good Coffs Harbour is a busy travel route for transport and as expected the nights are noisy but the staff were excellent and helpful they made us very welcome.

All was as expected and we were comfortable

Large well appointed room within easy walking distance of Club Coffs. Although the building is old it is well kept and clean.

Facilities are very dated. Bed seemed unstable. Air con was old and noisy. Did the job but expected something a little more "comfier" for the price.
